Goodall Homes

The customer service and follow up on tasks after purchasing the home is poor at Goodall. They did not come back to fix the fireplace, our kitchen cabinets, the nail pop outs, bathroom tile, bathroom sinks, etc. They practically build your home, take your money, and never call to follow up with you. That's not good at all a huge home builder such as Goodall.

We love our home - it’s a great floor plan. However, the Townhome and Villa homeowners are NOT getting their “maintenance-free style of living” as promised and advertised by Goodall Homes. It’s a mess! Before buying here, I advise you to visit a couple Townhome and Villa owners for their honest opinion.

Absolute worst experience ever. From the beginning on problems with a House and lots of empty promises made. Went through 4 project managers so far, and even had upper level management promising to get things fixed and never followed through. Had the yard fixed five times, leaky roof, full bathroom tile remodel needed, plumbing issues, electrical issues,drywall,…. Every time I speak to somebody I just get empty promises. Had to deal with a subcontractors that told me that I’m getting what I deserve. And to top it all off I just spent a week of my vacation sitting at home waiting for somebody to show up to fix stuff. The only positive people I had to deal with his Drew the Realtor and Jenny in Warranty We just got all the repairs that. were promised denied. We just had Goodall’s divisional sales manager look at the property and say that it needs Goodalls standards. Obviously the standards of this company are far below any other builders standards. If you don’t care to being lied to or living in a substandard house then please stay away from this company

We had an outstanding experience with Goodall. We love our house, and are appreciative every day that we were able to build a new home. They take pride in putting the customer first, and stand by what they say. I would absolutely build with them again.

We built our home in Stonebridge just over a year ago and we couldn't be happier. My wife and kids love the amenities and we all love how the neighborhood is maintained. It always looks great and it makes us feel great when we drive in. I'll never buy a used home again and Goodall will always be my first choice.

I built my home with Goodall several years ago. I love my home and I enjoyed the building process. My sales person, Tammy, was a pleasure to work with and my project manager kept me in the loop every step of the way. I was also very impressed with the warranty department. I had 1 problem and they responded quickly and took care of all the details to get it resolved. I would recommend Goodall to my friends and family because I know they will take good care of them.

This was our second time to build and the experience with Goodall Homes was so smooth and FUN. Everyone we came in contact with was impressive and professional. We increased our square footage by almost a 1000 square feet and our utilities are running a bit lower than our previous house. Awesome! We have now been in the home a little over a year and very pleased with the quality, the floor plan and the community.

We built our home with Goodall in 2015 and moved in at the end of October. The entire experience was great from start to finish. We were so happy to have found something affordable in franklin as first time homebuyers. Goodall made the process easy and very reassuring since home buying was so new to us. We were able to have an appointment with a designer, Leann Dean, who helped us pick out all of our colors and finishes. Leann was so great and made the selection process fun and easy. Then our project manager gave us weekly updates of construction sending us pictures and detailed descriptions. My favorite part was at the end of the build before we closed they showed us how to take care of the home by taking us around and showing were the air filters were and how often to change them, where the main water shut off was, and the contact numbers of the warranty department if we needed anything. As a first time homebuyer we were nervous about buying a new home and didn't know what to expect but all the staff at Goodall Homes was friendly and informative and made us so excited to move in!

Goodall built our home. Compketion date was February 2012. Our entire experience was good. What a difference it makes to have a builder that is proactive in the entire process. We had weekly updates from the project manager and their on site realtor was helpful the entire time. The goodall realtor continues to follow up with us even a year and a half later.
