We had a great experience working with Romas and his team over the course of a year on a renovation project in Hampstead. Romas is reliable, trustworthy, efficient and knowledgeable, all the work was carried out to a very high standard, the client was really delighted, the work was scheduled under great time pressure as the clients were living in the house and we had to work around holidays and small children and the team was very responsive and careful to respect the owners wishes at all times and reacting for emergency requests at short notice, i cant thank Romas enough and will always ask him to quote again for renovation projects.

Romas is the Head of Go Smartbuild and we have hired him on a few occasions last year and this year for all aspects of building work. Romas is honest and reliable, gives good, clear advice and does beautiful top notch work. When he says he's going to start the job on a particular day, he will start on that day. Romas also provides clear, written quotes with a complete breakdown so that builder and client know exactly where they stand. We have also recommended Romas to our neighbours who are very pleased with his work. I cannot recommend Romas highly enough.

Rom single-handedly redeveloped a loft apartment in Hackney for me two years ago. He did it all. Plumbing, electrics, tiling, he laid the floor, painted the walls, he even installed a fresco on the ceiling of my bathroom in 6 pieces that to this day i can't understand how he did so perfectly. His extremely meticulous attention to detail means you can feel totally safe leaving it all to him, most importantly he takes a personal interest in the work and is always thinking of ways to make it better, which all really adds to the experience for the client. I was very thankful to have Rom be in charge of the works to my flat, two years later and it all looks as if it was done yesterday. I can safely say i have not had this experience with many other builders, i would enthusiastically recommend him to anyone.

Commented: What type of wood species is the cabinets?This kitchen features solid oak drawers with specially made crown cut white oak veneered birch plywood fronts. The kitchen was finished in a durable matt waterborne spray lacquer finish

Commented: Flooring?This is a polished concrete floors. Colour surface hardener (off white) was applied to wet concrete and trowelled into the surface. Few months later it was sealed and finally polished.
