Great Bay Spa & Sauna

we absolutely love the hot tub we got from Great Bay Spa & Sauna! We use it about every other day. No issues with it whatsoever and it's been almost 3 years of heavy use. The folks at GB are nice to deal with as well. Good people.

After much research and visiting a few stores in search of a Sundance hot tub, we discovered Great Bay Spa and Sauna. We were greeted by a very friendly salesman by the name of Tony, who brought us through the beautiful showroom. We’ve had our hot tub for three years and absolutely love it! All of the Great Bay Spa and Sauna employees are very professional and knowledgeable and there for us if we ever have any questions of concerns.

I purchased a hot tub from Great Bay in October 2012 as a retirement present for my husband and myself. We got excellent advice from Tony, Jessica, and Jamie. Even after the installation, I had to call a few times with questions and everyone was extremely helpful and patient. It is a pleasure to deal with friendly knowledgeable people.

Custom ordered a Bullfrog Spa. Great price, quick turnaround, very responsive to requests for changes, knowledgeable about the product. Very accommodating on delivery (150 miles away), and were able to adapt to more difficult than anticipated delivery. Highly recommended!!

In late 2011, my wife and I were in the market for an above-ground spa (previously having experience only with the in-ground, gunite type, ) We researched, talked to, and shopped many potential vendors...but when we finally made it into Great Bay Spas, we knew we had found the right shop for us. Jamie Burson was extremely helpful, thorough, and patient with us, answering all of our questions in detail, and spending as much time with us as we needed. We ultimately purchased a Sundance Optima, with which we couldn't be happier. Delivery and installation was quick, efficient, and thorough. Post-sale, at any time I've had a question or concern, Jamie or one of the other staff members has been quick to help. And on the one occasion when a service call was needed (the audio system), the repair was done quickly and effectively. All in all, if you live in New England and are in the market for a hot tub/spa, you owe it to yourself to check out Great Bay Spa

Having finally decided to purchase a spa, after years of thinking about it, we went to Great Bay Spa&Sauna to check it out. We had previously noticed its ads and spoken with a very satisfied customer. We found our salesman, Jamie, (and on one occasion, Tony) to be extremely knowledgeable, easy to speak with, very patient with all our questions and concerns and also witty. The showroom is bright and attractive, and very nicely highlights the different brands and models of spas as well as the possible decking, railing and accessory options. To be certain of our eventual choice of spa, we went to GBS&S specifically to experience different ones. The whole process went very smoothly-moreover the two deliverymen put the spa in place and answered our questions on a windy day in below-freezing temperatures. We are very satisfied with Great Bay Spa&Sauna!

Great Bay Spa was a great experience. Jamie helped us choose and install a Spa for our house in the woods in Maine that was part of a deck and porch addition. He was completely thorough and knowledgeable about the products and was very patient in helping us understand our options and come to a great conclusion. He was interested in our complete satisfaction and was patient and a pleasure to work with. He worked with us from inception through to installation and beyond, even handling issues/questions as they arose well after the install. Jamie and Great Bay totally stood behind their product and did everything they said they would do and more. I would recommend them to everyone. Total professionals and an honest/terrific group of people. In particular, Jamie helped make this experience/purchase feel like a great investment which it has more than turned out to be. I wish I had done this sooner.

We have dealt with Great Bay since 2001. During that time they have been very responsive to any service needs and have been very helpful with any questions regarding service questions, and questions about the chemicals used. Any service issues have been handled within a couple of days with no issues. They are great to deal with and have a great customer first attitude.

We bought a hot tub from Great Bay three years ago and had a great experience. They had a good selection of high quality tubs, including some refurbished ones at discount prices. (We went with a new tub to get our color choice). You can even try out some of their tubs at the show room, just bring your own suit, or put on one of their one-use suits! Our tub arrived only after a few weeks, and the installers were patient while we kept changing our minds about the precise location. Our tub has withstood the abuse of three teens and continues to run fine. We are in it at least one a week to star gaze while soaking our weary bones.

I purchased a Chelsee 780 spa from Great Bay Spa & Sauna in 2011. The sales process was an easy no pressure affair. The installation process was hassle free and on time. I really can't say enough about how great it has been to work with the team at Great Bay. There was a minor problem with the heater that was fixed within 48 hours upon request.
