I was very pleased with the work that was done. My project was not an easy one. The salesman was on "spot on" with his suggestion on how to do the window and the installer, Pat was fantastic. He did a great job and cleaned up well....in an out in 2 hours on a 4' x 4' window. This included taking out an existing casement window in brick. I had used this company before over 20 years ago and that it is why I used them again. Also worth noting....the glass block was half the price of a conventional window for my bathroom.

Jan 2918 I paid for 4 windows to be glass blocked. August 2018 I am remodeling and see one of the windows was half mortared in. I call they say they’ll repair it. I told them it’s not a repair. It’s to finish the job. They could not get me taken care of on my schedule so I wait until Nov 1. The serviceman comes at 9am. I show him the window. At 1015 I go to my basement to ask how much longer and he’s gone. The work was completed but he has left. Did not tell me to check the work. Did not give me paperwork. Nothing. I call the office and talk to Matt. A Manager. He asks am I upset because he didn’t tell me he was leaving? Unbelievable. No customer service. No Professionalism. No manners. Pick another company please,

Do not use. Left huge chunks of concrete missing from the window sills by using a crow bar to pry the windows out. Immediately after they left I noticed a crack in my foundation going from a window sill to the ground. I contacted them and they offered to fill it with caulk. Nothing this isn’t the correct fix, I asked to have the crack filled with epoxy. Matt from the office then stated he only offered to fill it with caulk to be nice. They weren’t going to do that since he knows there’s no way they cracked it. Now I’m left coming out of pocket to fix it myself. Do yourself a favor and get someone that stands by their work

I'm contracting work at a residential home . We had a glass block window installed in the bathroom. It has been a horrible experience! The sales man bill lost our customers design . I had to give him another copy of the design first . Second the installer Derick stole hand tools from the job site . I have tried to reach out to him . To see if he picked up my tools by mistake ! No ,he said he didn't Pick up the tools .Well I'm doing this project solo ,and no other contractors has been in the residents home. I shale file a police report a.s.a.p.!

I hired this company to replace all my basement windows. Both the sales representative and installer were top notch. Work was quick and very professional, I am very happy with the results, the block windows look great. I would highly recommend this company.
