Gretchen did a wonderful job making the ideas for our dream home come to life. She was innovative enough to modify the layout of our home in a completely logical way and make our home feel like all areas are integrated yet spacious. She respected and integrated items we have acquired throughout the years and wanted to showcase (art, furniture and family heirlooms) and suggested new furniture to go with the vibe, including up-cycled items which we love. Se has great taste and is incredibly responsive and reliable! Would hire her a million times over!

There are not enough words to adequately describe how deeply happy and satisfied I am with Gretchen Rivera and her firm ID20/21’s work in my apartment. Without knowing me personally, Gretchen had a special talent to design my apartment according to my personality and exactly the way I wanted it or even better. I had some ideas on what I wanted to do in some specific parts of the apartment and Gretchen turned them into a marvellous project that eventually featured in the cover of Area Magazine. Gretchen was very patient and guided me through every step of the process. She paid great attention to detail and was very responsive when I had doubts or concerns. In sum, I would recommend Gretchen and ID20/21 (as I already have) and I am looking forward to having her in my future projects!

Gretchen was recommended by a friend who had recently remodeled her apartment with her help. She quickly grasped my "vision" of what I wanted, and as soon as she came to the apartment, she started proposing ideas that blew me away. Gretchen is someone that can truly understand the client's needs and has the ability to quickly translate them into designs that are unique and impressive. She certainly thinks out of the box and it shows in the end, when everything comes together. Just tell her your budget and watch her do magic.
