Many attempts to contact Andrew by email and phone have proved to be unsuccessful and I now have to resort to public forums and social media to bring awareness to his lack of professionalism and avoidance to repay a debt for provided design service. If you are a contractor or a customer who is thinking to work with him be aware.

Greater Seattle did a major remodel/upgrade of my 1960's house: outside siding & windows; kitchen, bathroom, living room, family room, including upgraded plumbing and electrical. They have done an amazing job...beautiful results, reasonable and fair prices, complete professionalism. The workers were competent, reliable, and polite, and cleaned up their workspaces at the end of each workday...important if you were living in the house during much of the construction! Highly recommend this company for any renovation and/or expansion projects.

We hired Andrew Young and his team at Greater Seattle for a pretty major ($200K+) remodel of our Kirkland home which included an addition to expand the master bath and add a new walk-in master closet as well as a full re-do of our downstairs (down to the studs) which added a bedroom, bathroom, laundry room and fully renovated our family room/play room space. This was a huge - and hugely complex - project, taking roughly 6 months to complete (with us living in the construction zone with our 2 young children!) and yet we are so so happy everyday with the outcome. We absolutely love the work and the final product, the quality is fantastic - we love everything from the custom cabinets to the tile work to the wet bar in the family room. We couldn't be happier with our remodel and recommend Greater Seattle 100%. These guys are the real deal.

Even though we were only working with 800 sq. ft., my cottage is a breathtaking and beautiful tribute to their skill, creativity and competence. Greater Seattle Building Company is remarkable! They are the whole package; designers, highly creative craftsmen, innovative electricians and remarkable and very knowledgeable technicians. The project was to convert a partial garage and boathouse to an 800 sq. ft. cottage for me. This company maintained a very open communication of workflow, deliveries of materials and budgets. Their attention to detail and asking my input in all aspects of the design and building process, made this project a very positive experience all around.

Greater Seattle remodeled our bathroom, bedroom, laundry and attic with high professionalism and skill. We've hired contractors in the past and none compared to these guys. Not knowing that beforehand, we just crossed our fingers. Well, we hit the jackpot. Would we recommend them? Yes, unequivocally. Would we hire them again? Absolutely!
