They do not support warranty claims against their products. We have windows supplied by them with seal failures. They have decided not to back the 10 year warranty and will not respond to my attempts to contact them.

We purchased a new luxury home through Emerald/DR Horton. Gulf and Basco installed windows and large aluminum sliding glass door. Installation was faulty and actually backwards. Water came into our home despite multiple fixes. They eventually replaced door with a cheaper model to no avail. This is low quality product and service. Beware.

I delivered to this gulf & Basco loacated in Houston, TX approximately to 2 to 3 times a week with full 53ft trailer load of Windows, these guy whom I mention in the attached video works very hard to get me in and out which allows me to get to my other stops on time. I really appreciate their hard work and enthusiasm and hope that they get rewarded.
