Hacienda Window Coverings

Hacienda Window Coverings, and Charlie in particular, were recommended to us by a co-worker friend of my husbands. We decided to call him and we were very glad we did. Charlie was very professional & organized. We ordered our window coverings and they were installed in a very timely manner. He also understood our misunderstanding re: the fact that we did not realize there would be strings on some of the blinds, unlike the other ones we had ordered. He gladly reordered wood shutters instead for us and let us use those until the shutters were in and installed. Over all I would rate the company and representative we worked with at 5 stars. They did leave quite a bit of debris on the floor and all over my daughters bed both times they worked on her window, however. I think it is professional to clean up the mess you leave, so I was surprised they didn't... or at least use a drop cloth over the bed that was directly under the window. We changed her bedding the first time, used our own drop cloth the second time and swept up the floor both times, so it wasn't that big of a deal. Just a little tidbit on how they can improve - since there is always room for that. Thanks again to Charlie at Hacienda Window Coverings, because our window covers look and work great!

We just had four windows done in shutters and one set of blinds for our kitchen. If we could give Charlie six stars we would. The shutters/blinds are just beautiful. We couldn't be happier. Charlie bent over backwards to please us. We received top-of-the-line shutters at a very good price. He is friendly, very knowledgeable, and hardworking. He recommended a custom cut on our blinds to fit perfectly around our granite backsplash. It really looks sharp. The best of the best. Thanks Charlie!

Hacienda Window Coverings sold and installed Norman Shutters, throughout my new house. My family and I could not be more pleased. It took about 1 month to order and manufacture these high quality shutters, and then Charlie did a professional job installing them. We actually had not ordered shutters for the whole house initially, but after we saw the end result, we changed our minds. Charlie was very courteous and professional.
