Go to the competition!!! Save yourself time and avoid the headache... find professionals. The installation is outsourced. There is no project manager so be especially cautious if you are working on multiple areas and types of flooring. Our questions on logistics went unanswered until they became a problem. Emailed 6AM the Friday ahead of install week with questions on times since we were supposed to be there for the start and finish of each job (back to outsourced and no project lead). Tried again Sunday after no reply as we were needing to plan our week (young kids). Still no response. Their phones were down Monday, which was a challenge since there was a major issue. That issue was handled appropriately, however; the installer blamed the work order and Halls salesperson blamed the installer. IDC! Installers called Tuesday at 7AM to notify on their way. We were not there since no info on times had been provided and no response to multiple inquiries was received from very early Friday until the timing problem Tuesday. Customer Service is poor but matches the level of engagement and accountability - VERY low. There was no ownership of poor experience provided. Instead, we were told how many favors had been done for us. A salesperson came to inspect the work ONLY once we said there were items to address. Otherwise, no quality assurance offered. We would not recommend or use again.

Mr. Hall installed hardwood flooring on the entire first floor of my home. He was respectful of my home, did all the cutting outside to eliminate dust in my home and completed the job in a timely fashion. Top Shelf professional!
