In 2013 we hired Joe Bowman of Harbor Greenscapes to install a concrete driveway, create a long brick walkway to our front door, replace a six foot privacy fence, and completely replace the grass in our front yard, creating redwood landscaped borders. We were pleased with the excellent work Joe and his friendly and hardworking crew completed. Joe planned the project well, communicated clearly, and finished on time and on budget. Joe Bowman is a talented landscape designer and an honest and trustworthy man. We will hire him again, and I suggest you do too.

Harbor Greenscapes is a trusted professional landscape company in our local community. I had few ideas for our large undeveloped yard and Joe was patient, professional, listened to my ideas, and came back with a design that met my needs. He was clear at communicating design considerations, challenges, and all steps along the way. I have been very happy with Harbor Greenscapes professionalism, ideas, and landscape services. I hired Joe from Harbor Greenscapes to tear out a large area of grass and relandscape the area. He was timely with the bid and follow up, has a great crew that were friendly and accommodating, and they showed up on time every day and worked hard. My yard is beautiful and I have just hired Joe to do another project. I can't think of one negative thing to say.

This was the second job I hired Harbor Greenscapes to help me with. The first job was a six-foot privacy fence, the second job was to remove grass and install a gravel driveway, install landscape border, and install a sprinkler system. (As our project progressed I added several things, and changed others. They took the changes in stride and did a fantastic job.). The planning process was a positive one. Joe understood what I was asking for. He created visuals from our discussions using photographs of our yard and a landscape design program on his computer. That really helped me see what our yard would look like before we began. I heartily recommend Harbor Greenscapes! We certainly will go with them if we have further work to be done.

Joe and his crew did a GREAT job for us. We bought a house that is 30 years old and the shotty sprinkler system that was originally installed was not working. Joe came out and assessed it, enhanced it and now it works! We plan on hiring Joe and his crew to do major re-landscaping when our finances allow.

Joe designed the solution we needed to deal with a big drainage issue. In addition, This included landscaping to improve the look of an area on the side of our house as well as stone steps and plantings along our front driveway. His crew was great and easy to work with. They kept up with cleaning at the end of each day. Joe and Harbor Greenscapes are highly recommended.

Joe Bowman is owner and operator of this local landscaping design and installation company. He is creative, honest and timely. We have hired Harbor Greenscapes to design and complete hardscape and plantings in 3 separate areas of our property. Joe is timely and reasonably priced. We highly recommend him.
