We ordered six 6” Raised Panel Column Wraps with Caps for our existing 4” wood porch posts. This company was the only one to make the above and beyond effort to create these 6” wraps for us. The delivery was very prompt and the workmanship was outstanding!

I ordered three sets of brackets to adapt vinyl handrail to 6 inch fluted columns. When the brackets arrived I found the fluting on my columns did not match the fluting on the brackets so I needed to return them. I was told that they were special order so could not be returned. When I ask how I would know they were special order, I was told that I should have known that because the website quoted 21 to 28 days shipping under the detail tab of the item. No place did it say special order non-returnable. I certainly understand I need to pay the return shipping and even a restocking fee, however, I think you should be alerted somewhere in the transaction that an item is nonreturnable before you receive it.

Your particular product was ordered from a different website and not Houzz. Our return policy for items purchased on Houzz adheres to Houzz's policy. Furthermore, you were informed prior to ordering that the parts are custom. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for custom products.

I purchased Appliques at Crown-molding.com and this review is about them. The phone person was helpful with my order, but I'm taking the time to write this as a result of their pricing. Even with what appears to be high shipping, the end-cost was about half of what a national chain charges, with their 'free' shipping. Top quality and right to my door. Very satisfied!

Ordered 8 plinth blocks for old home remodel. Never received and no one called me from Cosby during 10-14 days I called at least 3 times per day. Recording says someone will call you back in 24 hours but that did not happen. People, do NOT order from this company ever!

Definately would not reccommend this company. Their website states 72 hours shipping from Texas. The amount I was charged for shipping was $3.00 more than another comparable company with same product but thought it would arrive quicker. I did not delay in paying them as my credit card was charged on the same day ordered for the full amount. Unfortunately it took 4 weeks, 9 emails, 3 phone calls and correspondence with 3-different managers to get 2 items shipped. The entire purchase process was unneccessarily stressful for me. This was a very small order I can only imagine the trouble this company would have with a big order...my suggestion is to save yourself some grief and use another company.

Commented: Would you be able to provide materials for a 12X16 pergola kitYes, we can make pergolas any size. Typically, 10” nominal diameter or width but we can do bigger and any style of columns, not just those pictured.

Commented: Can we get this item pre- drilled for light fixgtureYou would need your installer to cut that out, it is a Polyurethane product and can be easily cut.
