About Us

Home Staging inspires imaginations and creates an inviting atmosphere that is essential in today’s market. Small changes can often make a big impact and help your home appeal to the maximum number of potential buyers. We are not your average Home Stagers at Heart Creates Home. We make sure a house shows great but also feels that way and work with energy and the fundamentals of Feng Shui . Many clients tell us that after their home was staged and an offer was accepted, they had second thoughts on leaving because they really felt the change in energy! We create appeal by maximizing strengths of your property and minimizing any weaknesses so buyers can fall in love with the home. We specialize in Home Staging for both Vacant and Occupied homes. We love the challenge of transforming the hard to sell houses that need a lot a lot of love and imagination - we make them move. Just ask our clients!

Nicole at Heart Creates Home did the staging for the home we recently sold. We were stunned when we saw how amazing our house looked when she was finished. The best part was that our house sold quicker than we anticipated and well over asking price. We are certain that Nicole's talents had a significant impact! Thank You Nicole!!!

When we put our house on the market, our realtor recommended that we hire interior decorator Nicole of Heart Creates Home, to improve the appeal of our home's interior. I was skeptical but open minded about how much could be accomplished and how much it would cost. As it turns out, I was totally wrong on both counts. By removing clutter and discordant furnishings and decorations, Nicole was able to create a cleaner, more modern look that flowed better from room to room. Also, the cost was very reasonable, actually comparable to the fee I paid for the home inspection of our new home. However, the greatest value of Nicole's work was that I have no doubt that it reduced the time-on-market for the sale of our house! Dan and Sue

I have had only fantastic experiences with Nicole at Heart Creates Home. She really listens to me about what I need for my staging. Her style is spot on and we have sold properties quickly once her staging is set up. One more thing I appreciate is that her team is super careful moving things in and out of homes. I have been so happy working with Nicole and I plan to continue our working relationship in the coming years.

Excellent, Excellent, Excellent!!!! Prompt, responsive, creative and professional. Every (and I mean every) person that walked through our house during the showings, commented on how amazing the staging was done. Tasteful and fit right into the feel of the house. The buyers who ended up purchasing the house, ended up purchasing some of the pieces because they loved it so much!! Highly recommend Nicole!

Nicole transferred a small empty house into warm, inviting and cozy home. Each room has its own characters with a splash of color to make it right. Nicole understands how to enhance spaces because she uses furniture that are simple but have clean lines to enhance not overpowering each room. I am a satisfied customer and highly recommend Heart Creates Home.

Staging that was just enough to stimulate your imagination but not so much that it distracts attention from your home and the features you are most interested in showing off. Clean, simple, and complimentary, with a touch of elegance. Great help selecting paint colors, lighting fixtures, and stone. Even pulled a couple of rabbits out of her hat, many thanks.

Working with Nicole was an incredible pleasure! Her design ideas, color preferences and gorgeous staging clearly made all the difference in the world. We received two first day-over ask offers, and I'm convinced it was because of the vision Nicole had for our home. Look, like anyone, early on I had my doubts and I certainly had others telling me in advance not to waste money with a designer/stager, but the results speak for themselves and I couldn’t have been happier. Not to mention all of the na-sayers now completely agreed we did the right thing in hiring her. I’m confident the offer that we accepted was 34% higher than we would have gotten had we not utilized Nicole’s staging and advice. Clearly we were delighted in her services! Seriously, hire her, she is the best!

NIcole was such a pleasure to work with. She staged our 1,000 sq ft condo so nicely and it was so inviting, we had 3 offers submitted the day we listed the property. I’m convinced part of the reason we had so many offers was because of her work. She was able to coordinate the staging and the collection of the items in a swift and timely manner so that neither our listing nor closing was in jeopardy. She was flexible in scheduling, as well. I was very impressed overall and her taste is impeccable. I wish she could come decorate my whole house! I’d definitely use her again and recommend her to others.

Nicole added the extra warmth needed to enhance the seller's own furniture. Her style and sense of space along with a great work ethic is so assuring. I LOVE calling Nicole part of my team when I explain to my real estate sellers how investing in staging makes ALL the difference to potential buyers. Nicole is one of the Best!

I can’t say enough fabulous things about Nicole and her work. Over the past several months she has staged some properties for me to prepare them for market. Nicole has a wonderful sense of style, design, and use of color. Whether working with a client to best showcase their home or starting with a blank canvas, she thoughtfully creates functional, colorful, comfortable spaces – always bringing out the best features of the property she is working with.
