Unfortunately not a good experience with Heritage Vine. The biggest issue is that my wine cellar will not keep my wine at 55 degrees. This is because of a badly designed cooling system. The in-room venting means a heat build up that the cooling units can't cope with. The team at HV delivered a cellar that was late, poorly finished and simply doesn't work as it should. After I got in touch with the senior management to discuss the issues they acted promptly to try and fix some of the cosmetic issues but the basic problem of design remains. The firm reimbursed me for trying to alleviate the heat build up issue by adding an extractor fan which i appreciated but it still doesnt solve the design problem. The basic problem is HV doesnt seem to have local good sub contractors on the east coast to service the projects they sell. My guess is they are a good firm in the local Phoenix area but outside of that, well, buyer beware.

The team at Heritage Vine is excellent! It was pleasure working with all of them. The wine cellar is amazing and they over deliver. The project went smooth and they work hard to make their clients happy. We highly recommend them and will be using them again in the near future.

From the design phase all the way through project completion, the entire Heritage Vine team provided an outstanding experience. Our wine niche was custom-designed for our unique space, the communication throughout the process was excellent and the project was completed on-time with top quality craftsmanship. We stumbled on Heritage Vine through a web search, but couldn't be more satisfied with our choice!

We had a wonderful experience designing and implementing a complicated wine room into a remodeling project. We closed off a courtyard adjacent to the dining room and used store front glass to allow access and viewing. The team came up with an awesome idea for a barrel ceiling using reclaimed wood from old wine barrels. Very excited to work with them again soon!

We just bought a house and were preparing an extensive remodel. One thing I wanted to do was turn a small 6' x 6" pantry into a small wine room (really more of a wine storage closet). Our contractor recommended going with cellar masters but after not liking a number of designs (or the price), I browsed Houzz and became acquainted with Heritage Vine. Very glad I did that. Mark Warriner was at my house the next day with great ideas and he sent me really cool and (more importantly) functional designs that met all my objectives - including upping the storage capacity by over 150 bottles more that the max cellar masters design. They were cheaper too - in fact Mark came up with ways to save additional money with the cooling system. Fast forward 6 weeks and I had an awesome wine room, that looks amazing, holds over 600 bottles. I have already recommended Mark to 2 other friends and would do so for anyone. These guys are great!

Looking through Heritage Vine's VintageView project book is like looking through a best hits of our products being featured in both commercial and residential projects. These guys know how to design a wine cellar, small or large. They created the Atlanta Pool House cellar, which features a variety of VintageView products in a gorgeous wine cellar that is visible to a pool house lounge through glass. The wine "warehouse" they created at Bearfoot Bistro in Whistler is one of the biggest (and most beautiful) bottle collections you'll ever see. You need a contemporary wine room/cellar/design, Heritage can handle it with impeccable taste and implementation.

Heritage Vine built and installed the racks for our wine closet. From start to finish Heritage wine is a great company to work with. They came out and gave us a very thorough bid for the job. They were very professional and extremely knowledgeable. Our racks were installed last week and they are gorgeous. We keep asking ourselves, “Why did we wait so long to do this?” Thank you we love how our project turned out!

I hired Heritage Vine to build a wine cellar out of a unused closed off of the kitchen. I researched this type of project and considered doing the work myself, however after meeting Jamie and discussing the project I quickly learned this was something to leave to the experts. My wife and I had an idea of what we wanted but Jamie showed us the errors in our ways and dramatically improved the design. His team started on time, they were extremely professional, cleaned up everyday and the finished product is more than we could have hoped for. There were so many little details that Heritage Vine inserted that just make this spectacular; back lit display racks, crown molding on the racking, center redwood racking and the incredible door casing to name a few.
