As President of Swim & Racquet Club (Upper Arlington) I worked closely with Nick Berger, project manager for Hidden Creek, in regards to the club's new landscape design. Nick and Hidden Creek's landscape team came through under a tight time frame to get an extensive project completed in time for the season opening. Their experience and insight were vital. Many club members have expressed their gratitude knowing it was time to step up and deliver a landscape design that the club desperately needed. We selected Hidden Creek to completely transform our back yard. Miro, our account manager, was extremely instrumental in seeing that our vision was made a reality. He provided valuable feedback and support throughout the design and construction of the project. It was a pleasure getting to work with him on the project. Tim, our production manager, kept the project on track. He made sure that materials were ready so that the crews could keep a steady pace of progress. There were no major headaches throughout the construction as a result of Tim’s planning and his team’s implementation. Our installation crew, Juan, Miguel and Nick W, were truly craftsmen and extremely talented and professional individuals. Juan is a master at hardscape and plantings and works extremely efficiently, and makes sure that every detail is as it should be. He was also very good at communicating progress and seeking input when needed and a very nice person. His team kept the job site very clean and organized which was appreciated. Overall, the project came in within budget, the process went smoothly, and we couldn’t be happier with our new outdoor kitchen, firepit and of course our custom pergola.

My entire experience from start to finish with Hidden Creek was amazing! Monette was awesome at bringing our vision to life and making our patio/outdoor living space exactly what we envisioned. She was responsive, patient and wonderful the entire process!!! Our crew Jose, Juan, Miguel, Francisco and project manager Tim were so wonderful! The work they did was perfection. They made sure every cut and placement of each stone was exactly right. They were the nicest crew, they cleaned up each night and not only did they work so very hard but the work they did was such excellent quality. I'm so very grateful to this company for never cutting a corner and making everything so beautiful for us!!!

We worked with Hidden Creek Landscaping for a major landscaping project for our front and back yard, and we are absolutely thrilled with the final product. The work was professional throughout, and the end result was transformative. The project included the removal of an old patio, creation of a new one, drainage and gutter support, creating and planting several green spaces, and fence removal and installation. Every aspect of the experience was top notch. Our account manager Miro and production manager Brian were attentive and thoughtful in the planning phases and throughout the full project. They made helpful suggestions to support our aesthetic and budgetary wishes. The crew itself, including Riccardo, Kevin and Dago were went above and beyond. The work was of the highest quality. It is worth nothing that not only was the work itself top-notch, but HOW they did the work (their attention to detail and their commitment to low-impact on surrounding landscape, and their restoration work and job-site cleanliness) was the best I’ve ever seen. I even joked that the word “Hidden” in the name “Hidden Creek” was earned because they “hid” the evidence of the job so well --- the landscape and surrounding areas were spotless and it looked like the finished product had “always been there.” We are thrilled with our new outdoor spaces and highly recommend Hidden Creek Landscaping for anyone seeking high quality landscaping work.

Our landscape project with Hidden Creek was an amazing experience from start to finish! The team of people including Mishelle, Jeff, Tim and our installation crew of Ray, Juan, Jorge, Hector, Ron were professional and extremely hard working. Each person was kind and responsive to all of our questions and concerns along the way. This team met every expectation we had and then some!

We worked with Hidden Creek on our backyard redo and they were nothing short of wonderful. Craig, Garrett, Julian, and the entire team at Hidden Creek were a delight to work with. They addressed any concern we had right away and fixed things on their own without us even having to ask. For example, Julian noticed that the upper inside of our fireplace hadn't been painted. Knowing we like to take drone footage of the progress, he painted this so that it would look perfect from all angles. It's that attention to detail and our personal preference/style that make Julian and the entire Hidden Creek team our go-to for everything. We will be having them complete our front yard redo. We trust them so much, and they know our style so well, that we asked them to just present what they think would be best for the space. I would never have thought I would give so much trust to a company, but they make it easy and make it feel like you've known them forever. I highly recommend them for any project small or large you have a need for.

Class act! Hiddencreek has been unbelievably creative, professional and diligent in making our dream custom backyard a reality. Working with Monette and Garrett during our design phase was easy and fun! Tim has been out multiple times guiding the crew and making sure everything is going smoothly. Jose, Juan, Miguel, Francisco and Nick are the absolute Hardest working group of individuals I have ever seen. They work from the time they arrive until the time they leave- even during the rain and 90 degree heat. I wish every company we have hired had the same work ethic and integrity that Hiddencreek does! You cannot go wrong with them and we can’t wait to work with them again in the future

HiddenCreek Landscape is in a class above the rest. Their whole team from the owner, Jason Cromley to those whose hands are deep in the dirt are very professional and skilled! We love that our home is under the care of HiddenCreek; from the outdoor sound system, back paver patio, and our landscape. We highly recommend HiddenCreek Landscape!

Hidden Creek was a dream to work with from start to finish. Beautiful design and great project management by Nick Berger. Implemented by hard working and considerate workers. Completed project early and were extremely responsive to any questions or follow-up issues. Very happy with everything .. the best project experience we have had to date!

My spouse and I were so impressed by the skill, responsiveness and execution of Phase 1 of our residential landscaping plan. We had a small sink hole appear in our front yard and after having 5 different types of companies come out to look at it, they all said they could not fix it. We finally contacted Hidden Creek Landscaping at the suggestion that a landscaper might be the best bet for it. Hidden Creek came out, looked at it, and determined they could in fact fix it! They kept their appointments with us, left every thing neat and tidy, and we were very pleased with the work. And also very happy not to have this hole in our front yard anymore!

Hidden Creek Landscaping did a great job with our project. Cameron and his team were professional, responsive to our unusual design requests, and really listened to make our ideas work. They were patient and revised the design several times until we were happy with the result, The installation was smooth and we are really happy with the result. A few plantings did not survive the summer's heat wave and they have already been replaced by his team. We would be more than happy to use Hidden Creek again. Great job and highly recommend!
