We couldn’t be happier with our cabinets from Hiebert. We had them install all the cabinets, countertops and railing throughout our home. Down to the smallest detail, the precision and craftsmanship was outstanding. We even had them come into our home afterward to install a mud room bench. I would recommend Hiebert caninets!

We had Hiebert Cabinets build and install kitchen cabinets and install countertops. To date they have not fixed the problems we have had with cracking and the paint they did on them.

Dear Bryan and Joyce Kinkley, we are disappointed that you are still not happy with your cabinetry. We did everything we could to address your concerns. For example, refinished it 4 times, replaced your quartz, redesigned your cabinetry and added v-grooves to the fronts of your doors. The owner visited your home multiple times to make these changes from your original selection, in an effort to exceed your expectations and provide exceptional customer service. Everything in your cabinetry meets the provincial and national standard. The inherent nature of wood is to expand and contract. As we have mentioned to you that wood will expand, there is very little that can be done to minimize the nature of wood. Some recommendations and suggestions to any customer are keeping your home at recommended humidity, using MDF doors that do not expand and contract, or alternatively having v-grooved as a control joint on your wood doors. These are standard in the cabinetry industry to help with the movement of wood. We wish you the best in your future endeavors.

The designer worked closely with us to make sure we knew all our options and helped us to design a beautiful kitchen, she even came in to measure my Tupperware containers that store all my dry goods to make sure the pantry would fit everything perfectly. As we came to the installation there were a few bumps in the road but the owner of the store personally came to discuss our concerns and worked closely with us to have our concerns addressed. Our kitchen is gorgeous and everyone who visits our house can't get over how beautiful it is. From the stain of the wood, design of the doors, and finishing details to the organizers in the drawers for my knives and spice pullout, this kitchen is both gorgeous and a chefs dream! Everything has a place and is in an easy to reach location. We know that no matter what house we live in we will need to find one that needs a new kitchen because there is no way we can go back to a regular kitchen and will forever need Hieberts to be in our home.

Hiebert Cabinets installed a kitchen, bathroom vanities, Built in Credenza for our dinning room, and a bar renovation for us and we could not be more pleased. The quality of the work is impeccable, the installers professional, courteous, and friendly. We wanted Quality, we got that! we wanted modern, we got it!! We were on a strict timeline and they pulled through!!! We would definitely recommend
