Took over after another builder went bankrupt and worked to correct and finish the plans that I had drawn. Excellent communication, great construction manager, and willingness to do what is needed.

Highsmith Construction built our custom home in Hilton Head, SC. Their execution of the architect's plans resulted in a beautiful home of which we are very proud and extremely happy. Highsmith paid attention to important details leading to a truly quality home. In addition, their coordination with the landscape designer and landscape contractors made the entire experience easy and well done. Since we were managing the building process from a distance, having Highsmith as engaged in making the best product possible, provided ease of mind to us. Their continued attention to customer service has been greatly appreciated.
