Mark did an amazing job laying my ceramic floor in my downstairs family room. His professionalism is unmatched in this industry. He goes above and beyond the job to make sure you are completely satisfied with the work. His workmanship is excellent. He was very clean and keep the area uncluttered and always left my house in an orderly fashion, Mark also did drywall, installed new wall trim and installed new doors for two closets and the furnace area. He is a very talented craftsman. Hire him for your tile and remodeling needs, you will be happy you did!

I recently hired HK Tile for 2 bathroom remodel projects. I wanted to handle the demo and replacement of all fixtures and Mark was happy to let me do so. He made sure to give me pointers from his experience and was available whenever I had questions. He even offered to asssit with certain things if needed. He sent us all the measurements for the tile needed and directed us to some tile stores that had good quality tile and great design knowledge. Mark was also very helpful with designing and helping decide what exactly to do tile wise. His craftsmanship is outstanding, and he has great attention to detail. He’s very clean and professional. He was always upfront on project scheduling which made him very easy to deal with. He gave us a great bid upfront and stuck to the prices! I highly recommend HK Tile for any projects. I will have Mark back for other upcoming projects.

Mark started on time and finished the job on time. He was very clean, and at the end of every day the work area was spotless. He was easy to deal with before and during the project. He was a perfectionist about preparation,tile laying and grouting. The job was completed on time,on budget and perfectly done. I will use Mark anytime I need any more tile work.

Mark was one of three tile contractors recommended to us by a local tile store. He was outstanding! We had a severe leaking problem in our shower that ultimately required doing our entire bathroom floor, including replacing a good chunk of the subfloor. He was professional, very skilled, and always kept us advised as to the progress of the job. He appeared promptly, was very careful, and maintained a clean work site environment. His price was very fair and he held to his estimate. In addition, he is a really nice guy and very easy to work with. If we need tile work again, we would hire him in a nanosecond. The one bad review he received here should not be believed, obviously someone with an agenda. Mark would not walk off a job without a very good reason, perhaps not being paid for his work.

Mr. Hale walked off the job on August 27, 2015 leaving the tile work not completed. Mr. Hale does not carry mandatory State Wk Comp Insurance. Beware of this individual

Mark is the ultimate professional. His work is impeccable and he never fails to impress. I hired Mark after seeing the fantastic work he did for my inlaws and all I can say is that when I'm ready for the next job he is the only person I will call. Additionally, he shows up when promised without fail and the work is done when he tells you it will be done. He does great work. He works as fast as the materials allow and leaves the jobsite cleaner than he found it. You could not ask for more than what you get when you have Mark on the job.
