We hear all too often that life is too busy and your home is too valuable to keep up with on your own. That is where we come in. Handyman Matters can handle simple home projects and repairs, as well as larger, more complex improvement projects. We do it all! Our Professional Craftsmen are skilled and experienced, assuring you of a job well done. Our commitment to you, the customer, is at the core of who we are. We know how important your home is to you and we want to be your home ally. Our Pledge to you is simple. We will treat your home “like it’s our home.” We do everything from changing light bulbs in hard-to-reach areas to building additions. We specialize in Kitchen & Bathroom Remodeling in Harrisburg and the surrounding Capital Area. We offer in-house design services for your remodeling projects and we still take care of all of those small jobs, too.

Handyman Matters of Harrisburg remodeled our master bath and we couldn't be happier. I met with 3 other companies before choosing Handyman Matters. They were the only ones to look at the space and have creative input on options up front. They took the time to work up different estimates based on choices and also allowed me to make adjustments based on items I wanted to purchase on my own. Other companies insisted that I purchase everything through them and their vendors. I was able to save a considerable amount of money finding my vanity, medicine cabinets, and hardware online. Heather and Erin were always available if I had questions or decisions to make that I needed help with. Then there's Kurt! Kurt handled the majority of the work and I don't think there's a nicer guy out there. He was patient and even cleaned up each and every day! We're still amazed at the amount of work he and Roger did in a short amount of time. We simply couldn't be happier with our decision to work with Handyman Matters of Harrisburg!

Handyman Matters has helped me with many of my house projects, from small fixes to renovating a bathroom. Erin Woods and crew at Handyman Matters have been very friendly, understanding and responsive. They have even helped me out in a tight situation with plumbing issues in my kitchen. Everything is fixed to my satisfaction and the place is left tidy and clean.

Handyman Matters employees are competent and professional! From the first phone call, Damon was cordial and enthusiastic. Heather, the general manager, came to my home to see my small bathroom remodel project and offered many ideas. She was willing to do as much or as little as I needed to make the remodel selections. She offered ideas that I had not considered. Either the owner, Erin, or Heather were on site at least every other day to oversee the work. Roger and Kurt were the friendly professional craftsmen who completed the remodel. The tile is beautiful and Roger was able to do some complicated fitting of a mosaic. He is very experienced and his work is remarkable! The job was completed in reasonable time. I've used contractors in the past, but this experience was several notches above my past experiences. They were prompt, were consistently on the job every day, communicated well, and were very trustworthy. They were neat, cleaned up every night, and really tried to have a minimal impact on the house while they were working. They even vacuumed when the project was completed! I am so pleased with the outcome and their prompt and courteous service. I highly recommend them!

Without hesitation I would recommend the team at Handyman Matters for absolutely ANY home project. They are personable, professional, CLEAN, and do an A+ job. I have used them for a complete bathroom remodel, they have replaced my front porch, put in hardwood flooring, replaced electrical fixtures....the list goes on. They will always be my first and only call.
