Holscher Architecture, which consists of Phoebe Holscher, David Holscher and their team were fantastic and effective to work with on our major 2-condo to single-family home conversion and renovation in 2014-2015 here in Tiburon, CA. Phoebe and David are both lovely people to begin with- and we left our project feeling the same way. They listened and responded diplomatically and diligently to our needs and requests and creatively came up with a spectacular plan. They were experts in navigating the challenging building and permit processes within our community. Their collaborative and positive relationship with the contractor that we selected was also significant in the success of our project and our overall experience. We absolutely love our home.
