I loved my experience at Home Depot. They truly helped me get started on a kitchen remodel I was dying to do but didnt know where to start. From just walking into my nearest location to the follow up phone calls, I had a very pleasant experience with them.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! We ordered a stove in mount pleasant NY store. Before we ordered or accepted the delivery, no one told us unlike other products in home depot, major appliance cannot be returned! We waited for our contractor to come to install the stove for one week but decided to change it to a bigger one, no way! they wouldn't accept the return because , according to them, even the appliance is damaged, you only have 2 days to return it!!! They should have let us know before the order, not after! If I knew it, I wouldn't even place any orders with them! This is not the first time we had problems with home depot. One month ago, we placed another order and they gave us the delivery time. I took one day off from work and waited for the delivery for a whole day! No one showed up, no one called me. I called the online store, they said they were not able to located the products !I asked how long should I wait, the lady simply said 'I don't know' then did not want to talk any more. I called them again to cancel the order and they told me I have to go to the store to get my refund for online orders. I wonder how such a big company has such lousy selling system and can still keep their business running for such a long time! I will never go to home depot in all my life. According to my friend at ithaca NY, they have the same issue with home depot there. So it's the problem of the whole company , not individual stores. Lowe's has much better customer service and return policies.

I purchased a new Featherweight fiberglass front door with a grid of glass ( 6 total) I also purchased the recommended Anderson storm door with the built-in screen so the door would have ventilation and not warp. Three times the grill was replaced because it bowed out, and once the entire door was replaced. Erica at Home Depot made certain that my problems were addressed. Eventually the door manufacturer replaced the grid with stained glass and had their own installer replace it. I am grateful that Home Depot made this right and I wouldn't hesitate to use them for other home improvements; in fact I also purchased a Generac whole house automatic generator. It's great!

had some window replaced. Window was great but the team of installers left some to be desired. They left a mess to clean up.

very friendly and helpful staff Staff knowlegable Store well organized Check out very efficient when there is enough staff on duty, otherwise lines are very long.

The costs of installing carpet was very well explained.She also explained the differences in installing carpet versus installing laminate flooring.

Have a good selection of items. But not to many memo liters to help. I wish their plant section was better

Home Depot is a great, warm and welcoming place to conduct business. The people that work there are very nice and knowledgeable.

The knowledgeable staff has been a huge help during renovations. That fella that works in plumbing has saved me a ton of time and money!!! We ordered all our appliances from the and them deliveries went perfectly. The prices during the year end sale could not be beat! We also got our HVAC installed through the and the financing options saved our buts!!

You can find almost anything at this store. People are super helpful and good sales each week. The only thing I'd like to see are more sales flyers put out!

Installed a garage window. Did an excellent job. Very professional. Delivered on time and kept to the schedule. I would highly recommend.

Excellent customer service. Helped my purchase of a storm door. Set up installation. Contracted a person who only installs doors. Was neat, efficient. I was very satisfied and would use them again.
