I cannot praise HomeSmartHome highly enough and have no reservations in recommending them to any client wanting a state-of-the-art intelligent lighting and heating system at price that we felt was very reasonable. Having just had major renovation work done to our family home over a period of 7 months, one of the finishing aspects we wanted was intelligent lighting and heating. By way of recommendation, I was directed to HomeSmartHome. When I approached HSH I found the representatives to be extremely professional and accommodating. They took the time to visit us and listen to all our requirements. Having listened to what we wanted, the engineers went further and made some excellent suggestions including how we could control all our external lighting. The following stages consisted of HSH drawing up a design for us and documenting the entire system which we agreed to, based on a very competitive quote. We agreed a time scale for the HSH engineers to visit us in order to install and commission the entire system. Needless to say, we are delighted with the system that the installers commissioned. Their workmanship was nothing short of brilliant. They tidied after themselves every day they were 'on site' and left everything fastidious. Once the system was installed, they took the time to walk the entire system through with us, leaving us comprehensive documentation and information. The system has now been running for several months and we are delighted with it to the point that my wife is very keen to build and extend upon the modular system. There have been no issues with the system and even if there was, I am confident that HSH would have responded expediently. I cannot recommend HSH highly enough if you are thinking of any intelligent home control solutions. From the initial meeting through to the end product, I found the company to be highly professional, friendly, extremely considerate and above all with an attention to detail that meant the end result was exactly what we wanted to achieve! We actually got more than we wanted (and how often does that happen?), as HSH made several suggestions that improved on our original ideas. HSH took the time to sit down with us and really understand what we wanted to achieve, and carefully and simply explained the options available in a way that made it really easy for us to decide on what we wanted now, and the options that we could still add in the future. What really impressed me was how well HSH understood how we actually use the house, and when all the programming was finished the house just seemed to completely "manage itself" - we were quite excited by the prospect of making our home intelligent to fit in with our living patterns, but were absolutely delighted with the finished product and how the house just "knows" how we want the lighting and heating to work - it's very unique to us. When the intelligent light switches and so on were installed, it was all very efficient and although the switches were off the wall at various times, you would have never known as there was no trace left behind - I found this to be highly respectful as everything was left so clean and tidy.
