My husband and I recently renovated our entire home, and we purchased a number of Visual Comfort lighting fixtures from Idlewood Electric Supply. We worked with Rachel, who was just delightful. She answered all of our MANY questions, provided us with quotes very quickly, and made the ordering and delivery processes VERY easy. Even when she was out of the office, she made sure my orders were being processed by her colleagues so as not to delay our project. September 2016: I recently had the pleasure of shopping at Idlewood Electric for new bedroom nightstand lamps and one long floor lamp to place in the corner of my bedroom. First of all, I want to sincerely thank all the people that helped me at Idlewood, as they made my experience extremely enjoyable. As soon as I walked into the front door, I was greeted by a very nice Sales Associate. She asked me very detailed questions to see what my price range was, my aesthetic appeal preferences as well as the sizing of the room I was trying to decorate. From there, we slowly walked around the beautiful store that is filled with thousands of lighting fixtures, ranging in size and color. The store is designed beautifully as many of the lighting fixtures are near the windows, so you can see how the fixtures look with natural sunlight, as well as when the lighting fixtures are turned on. Even though I found plenty of amazing options in the store, the Sales Associate recommended I take a quick peek at some of the store's catalogues, which contain 10,000+ pages of beautifully designed floor lamps, chandeliers and nightstand lamps. She showed me a wide range of options, from more 'modern' to 'traditional' pieces. After she spent over an hour with me, I nailed my choices to a few selections. As we were deciding what would look the best, the CEO approached us and asked if we needed any help. They were a fabulous team, with a great connection and fed off one another. After I chose 2 beautiful nightstand lamps and one tall, sleek floor lamp, I felt very satisfied with the customer service, quality, design and price.

I recently stopped at Idlewood Electric Supply as I happened to be in the area. Bethany Rodgers, a lighting specialist, was very professional and made a number of suggestions and showed me examples that may fit my needs. She printed out detail sheets of two examples that I was interested in and one of these fixtures was on display in their showroom. I hope to revisit and purchase from this lighting company because I felt Ms. Rodgers understood our needs and style criteria.
