I am absolutely besotted with the artistry, passion and attention to detail that Ilaria brought to my small project. I was almost tempted to ask permission to think about my living room in terms of the hyper-realistic renders that she presented to me. What a lovely lady - so helpful and professional. I've had my initial 2 hour meeting with Ilaria and already I feel I have met someone who will really take ownership of helping me improve my home for the better. Really great ideas both in terms of space planning, colours etc. And very transparent about how it will work. Can't wait for the next stage!

I worked with Ilaria on the initial design ideas for my bedroom/dressing room and en suite bathroom. She came back to me in good time and gave me two design ideas with which to compare. She really listened to what I wanted to achieve from the designs and it was hard to choose which one I preferred! The quality and presentation of her work was to a very high standard and the cost was around what I had expected for this type of work. I am now looking at taking the project to the next stage and look forward to working with Ilaria again in the future.

I was approach by Ilaria to make a number of bespoke pieces of furniture for one of her clients; two display units and a plinth for some very large vases. Whilst working her with she showed her self to be totally professional with a real focus on her clients needs and an eye for quality. She is also a very pleasant person to deal with. I would happily recommend to any one needing an interior designer/ decorator and look forward to working with her again the future.

The brief was to change a dated Potton style home into a contemporary living space but due to way Potton homes are constructed the project became very complicated. Ilaria and her colleagues spent quite a bit of time on this project carrying out a considerable amount of research and discussions with third parties, including Potton to establish how best to overcome the constraints imposed due to construction. Their interpretation of my "style" requirements was spot on and the final slides and CAD was way beyond what I thought could be achieved. They also presented a very detailed costing which not only showed the cost based on their design but also options which they felt should be considered given the size of the project. I will definitely be working with them in the future.

Ilaria recently hired me to photograph her recent project in Chelmsford. It was a real pleasure working with Ilaria Design. Ilaria's communication has been great throughout, and the quality of the work really shows. The project really demonstrates how creative Ilaria Design are, with each room reflecting the usage of the rooms. I would highly recommend them, and look forward to the next shoot.

When we received a start date for the installation of our new kitchen, we decided to enlist the services of an interior designer to uplift the rest of our ground floor. We had never engaged the services of one before so we were a bit anxious. We searched on Houzz for someone local to us who could turn our house into a truly beautiful family home. We settled on Ilaria Coppola Design(ICD) after our first meeting with Ilaria. Her enthusiasm and passion for the project was amazing and this, she maintained throughout the project. She understood what we wanted right from the onset and captured our personalities right down to the little accessories around the house. She worked well within the time frame given and managed to work within our budget without compromising on our style. Ilaria Coppola Design was given the task of transforming our house into a home and she did not disappoint. We would certainly be using ICD again in our future projects.

Ilaria was absolutely fantastic and thanks to her expertise I finally achieved the kitchen of my dreams. After many months of talking to numerous kitchen design companies, who only seemed to want to sell me what they had and not create what I wanted, I was feeling very disillusioned and wondering if I still had the enthusiasm for this major project. Sensing my desperation, a colleague recommended Ilaria. I have to admit that I was slightly apprehensive, as never having worked with an Interior Designer, I thought that ideas presented and costs would be unrealistic. To my delight Ilaria had no difficulty in grasping the concept of creating a kitchen that would retain all the charm and character of my period property, but be contemporary and affordable. Despite my initial concerns, it has all been worthwhile, as I now have so much more than just a kitchen. Ilaria came up with wonderful ideas for clever use of space, giving plenty of storage and an amazing kitchen in which to cook and eat as well as work during the day. For a far lower budget than I anticipated, I have beautiful, handmade solid wood kitchen. The Carrara marble worktops were an inspired choice. Many people attempted to deter me from having them, advising that they would be too impractical, but I stayed with Ilaria’s recommendation and am so glad that I did. Each time I come into the kitchen, they seem to look more stunning and they are wonderful for rolling out pastry!
