About Us
Mary recently returned from two weeks of upholstery coursework at Tresithick Upholstery and Restoration located in Cornwall, England. Tresithick is an approved training centre per the Association of Master Upholsterers and Soft Furnishers (AMUSF, founded in 1947, Buckinghamshire, UK).
The course this year covered modern upholstery techniques along with exercises in foam shaping, pattern making, hand sewing and uses of various attachment supplies. Once again new techniques were explored and have already been added to our projects! Overall again a wonderful two weeks – thank you to instructors Richard and Zoe!
