I have been working with Hylton on a number of projects and he has quickly become one of my preferred contractors and I often recommend him to my clients for their projects. He has is reliable, trustworthy and timely with an extensive knowledge on a number key areas that I find incredibly valuable on projects, such as party walls, chimney demolition and structure, accurate pricing and project delivery to name a few. I am very pleased with the work Hylton construction undertook at my property. From my first contact with the team I was very impressed with the detail provided in the quote as well as a specification and contract setting out the works to be undertaken. The work started and finished on time even though I added extra work along the way which was negotiated and handled professionally. The builder working at my property was very polite and got on with his work diligently and always cleared up after himself. He also worked long hours ( with my consent of course) to get things finished on time The overall result was exactly what I was after and would not hesitate to recommend Hylton construction to friends and family Sajid Shah
