Inventive Designs are a London based company specialising all aspects of luxury residential developments, commercial and retail contracts. The focus is on general building services, which we can manage from conception to build and completion helping you fulfil your ideas by transforming it into a reality. We undertake all sorts of building projects from small jobs such painting and decoration to large projects such as extensions and loft conversions. Our main services are home refurbishment and house renovations, all type of conversions and extensions, kitchen and bathroom installations, structural work, plumbing and heating, gas work and boiler installation, electrical, carpentry and joinery, plastering, flooring, brick work and tiling just to name a few. We will then provide you a quote for your building or renovation project and set a start date if commissioned. If any issue we couldn’t foresee arises for example the floor underneath is rotten and needs replacing, we will always consult you first of the extra work and cost involved and you will be updated of the progress so you don’t have a surprise at the end. We do our utmost to keep the disruption to a minimum so you feel at home while the work is taking place at your home / office. With over 10 years of experience as building contractor we take great pride in ensuring our work meets your requirement. We have a hand-picked team of painter, decorators, carpenters, electrician, plumbers, tilers and brick layers. I just had my flat renovated by Remi and his team and they were absolutely amazing! I got quotes from several people before choosing Inventive Designs. Remi was the most practical and pragmatic of those who came to estimate the work. Their quote was reasonable for the amount of work involved. Though the work took a bit longer than anticipated it was worth the wait. Remi's team take pride in their work and you can see it in the final product. I feel incredibly lucky to have them on here and that my project was smooth sailing. Would not hesitate to recommend them.

We have worked with Remi, Daniel and Stashek on our house refurbishment project which included painting, plastering, installing downlights, redoing a bathroom, changing the tiles in the kitchen and installing wooden floor and stairs. Inventive Designs added a 3m ground floor extension to the back of our house, fitted a new kitchen and renovated our garage for use as a studio space. The job was well organised and carried out neatly and professionally. Derek was always on site and leading the work and Remi visited every day to oversee the project. I always knew there was someone to discuss things with and receive updates from. Carpentry, paint work, and building our kitchen have all been finished to a high standard. Our neighbours on both sides said how helpful and polite all of the builders have been. We are really pleased with the result and would highly recommend this company.

I've worked with quite a few builders over the years on various projects and I can safely say working with Remi and his team is the best experience I've had. They were extremely professional at every stage of the project ensuring a very high standard of finish which also met with planning regulations. Remi was onsite almost every day to oversee progress and take onboard my comments also. Most importantly I'm thrilled with the finished kitchen. Remi came back 6 months later to finish off a few details and check everything was OK. Great experience all round, we were very lucky to find Remi.

I worked with Remi on renovation of our apartment in little Venice. The work included demolishing all the interior walls, arranging the space in line with architects drawings, decorating it and snagging of course. His team is high professional - all people who worked with us were very accurate, neat and tidy. Very attentive to details. Remi, himself is an excellent manager, always available and responsive. The whole process was smooth and seamless for me and my wife. They finished work in time. Highly recommend this company

Remi and his team worked on our big house refurbishment: kitchen, downstairs toilets, living room, bathroom and we were extremely happy with the results. We really appreciate Remi's extensive knowledge and his ability to come up with solutions for any building problems. He always clearly pointed out what was do-able or not or what could be a safety issue. His advice was absolutely stellar. His team did a fantastic job, of very high quality. They were also top guys, always pleasant, polite, tidy, accurate and helpful. The building work is actually the one part of the project that really didn't suffer issues, thanks to Remi's and his team's professionalism. I would recommend Inventive Designs for structuring jobs, kitchen installation, heavy building work, plumbing and electrics. Decorating was good but maybe less their forte. Budget was appropriate for the extent of the works. I would recommend that you list very precisely everything that you want to be done at the onset as little things not estimated initially and delivered after can quickly add up. However, the total budget was certainly justified by the quality of the final product. We wouldn't hesitate in hiring Inventive Designs again for another big project. It was a real pleasure to work with them. An honest, expert and friendly building company. That doesn't come around often!
