I started with one door from Inline. After installation, I was so impressed with their product that I ordered 4 more patio doors and 2 windows. Down the road I'm planning on changing all the windows and doors at my property, as well as a couple custom builds coming in the next few years. The quality seems to be way above average....especially compared to vinyl. I would definitely recommend Inline fiberglass. I dealt directly with Tom and his son. Great guys and extremley easy to deal with. A+ for these guys!!

We had our entire house redone with both windows and doors. Inline worked alongside with our engineer and architect, and we are very happy with the products and services. We would highly recommend Inline to every new home owner!

Great experience from the get-go, and an educational one at that. We were initially going to go with PVC but after finding out what makes fiberglass superior, it was a no brainer. Inline was easy to work with and I recommend them very highly!

We recently purchased a fiberglass sliding patio door and it's absolutely amazing; high quality and very solid. We had aluminum in there before that simply cannot be compared to Inline's product. Very highly recommended.

The following is the most negative review I've ever written: My experience with Inline Fiberglass was repeatedly irritating due to a level of incompetence that surprised us until it's thankful end. The representative we had the misfortune to deal with, Joe Rose, made missteps at every step of our process. The beginning was ominous due to errors in the amount of windows we ordered, whether a component of our order was supply only or not, completely forgetting our order altogether, and several other mistakes. We should have cancelled yet we assumed after our order was completed we'd then be working with the installation department. Unfortunately Joe Rose remained in the picture, further demonstrating his incompetence. We had further needless mishaps related to measuring, payment and installation. The installation was rough with unnecessary damage to our window frames and the windows needed readjusting as several would not close properly. We needed to withhold payment until all was rectified. In the end, our experience was regrettable and the product not worth the headache.

Purchased the 600 series Fiberglass sliding doors and we're thrilled. We love that kicklock feature for additional security. Build quality is superior. I'd give 10 stars if in could.

It was extremely pleased and satisfied with the level of customer service, installation and the product itself. Even though it was a small job but the level of service and detail wasn’t compromised at all. I would totally go back to them whenever I have a bigger project at hand and would strongly recommend them to everyone.

Replaced all of my vinyl windows to fiberglass and I'm happy that I did. What a HUGE difference fiberglass makes. Inline's been great to deal with and I highly recommend them.

The design and quality of the product is matched by the impeccable service. We were interested in replacing all 19 windows along with the patio sliding door in our house. The quality, size, and aesthetics of the fiberglass options from Inline Fiberglass really stood out to us compared to alternatives such as vinyl. We figured the cost is offset by the better insulation and increased house value. However, we are very picky shoppers, so it is nice to be able to say that Inline Fiberglass exceeded our expectations. The sales team helped us select the designs and colors that best complimented our house. The installation was impeccable, our furniture was protected and there was not a single scratch out of place. And the end product couldn’t be more impressive. The immediate compliments from neighbors and visitors aside, there is something to be said about the quality of the product when you're just as drawn to looking at the window as you are to looking through the window at the outside world. Two years ago I've had sliding doors replaced and I've been so happy with the quality of Inline's product that I've decided to replace all of the windows in our house. Been a pleasure to deal again with Inline.

The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. We paid approx 47k for windows that arrived damaged in October 2018 and I am still fighting with them to get them to come and repair them and it is now July 2019! They have shown a complete lack of care , respect and regard. They tell you they are coming and then ignore you and lie about why they didn't respond and or show up. I strongly advise against using these people. Our windows arrived chipped, scratched, dented, missing screens, gaskets hanging out etc. They assured me on the phone and by email that they would come out and fix them so that we wouldn't send them back. We should have sent them back.
