my experience with Innovative Renovations could not have gone any better. I found IR via Instagram and a trusted source there. The replacement of the 1980's wooden railings to the custom designed steel ones designed by Eli and his team have totally transformed my home.

We needed a railing on our front porch and chose Innovative Renovations as our contractor. Eli was prompt, professional and responded to all of our questions in a timely manner. The railing was installed when promised and Hugo returned to do touch-up quality control the very next day after installation. Now we have a very attractive addition to the front of our house and we love it! I definitely recommend Innovative Renovations to anyone who is looking for renovations. They are a joy to work with!

He designed, then constructed the project with perfect installation. They, more than met our hopes and expectations. They were priced fairly and timely with their commitments. Eli and his team have my highest recommendation. He is a true, customer focused craftsman with a keen eye for detail. He is a man of integrity who's word is his bond. He was punctual for each project meeting and delivered superb results designing, matching and extending railing on the front of our house. He is a true pleasure to work with. The quality and value delivered easily exceeded cost. I will not hesitate to call him again if needed in the future.
