We hired Phil at Integrate to take on a challenging project, create a two-car garage addition that would seemlessly blend with our existing 1890 house. We couldn’t have been more satisfied with the end result, he thought of several design solutions for the smallest of details like lighting, railings, and interior garage design. Neighbors I’ve never met stop and compliment the finished project quite often, in fact a neighbor on the same block decided to use Integrate for their upcoming project.

When embarking upon a complete re-build of my home on the water in Lake Oswego, I needed an architect who would not only be able to deal with the uniqueness of building over water, but also one with the skill and creativity to combine elegance, a secure and geologically stable foundation, and all the special elements that make a custom structure into a "home." Phil at Integrate Architecture and Planning was the best experience I have ever had working with an architect. He has so much passion for what he does. We had a pretty good grasp on how we wanted the space to function and Phil made the project soar. We acted as the General on the project because we are very picky and anytime we had a question or concern Phil was always there. He tweaked and adjusted as we changed our minds, always answered his phone and emails and stopped in and checked on the project the whole way through. I can't wait to colloborate with him again. He had so many hard working contractors that he recommended and all of them exceeded our expectations. That is rare in my opinion. Phil is a rare find and as honest and creative as they get. We are over the moon about our project and so is our clientele.
