Francisco at Integrated Home Improvement and his team remodeled my bathroom. Of all the GC’s I thought about working with, they were the only company to have every trade come on site before providing a quote. The quote was very detailed when other quotes were just a dollar amount with no description. He was responsive, set expectations from a timeline, stayed on budget, and fixed any mistakes without hesitation. The passion for perfection is noticeable and no cutting corners. He even took an extra step and had some of the trades fix additional things in the house at a very fair price while they were on site. I would highly recommend him and he also was very in tune with how to do this through insurance. I will be using his team for future projects.

Integrated Home Improvement just completed our new fence and we absolutely love it! We did a lot of research to find the best price and they came in at a very competitive offer while not sacrificing quality. We were able to get the project started right after signing the contract and it was completed in a matter of days. The workers were efficient and professional and Francisco (the general contractor/owner) was very responsive and communicative throughout the entire process. We will definitely be using them again for other projects around the house!

Integrated Home Improvement did a wonderful job on our new back patio. Francisco kept us constantly informed on estimate preparation and work procedures. The working staff were very devoted, working 5 - 7 hours each day in >100° weather. Demolition and reconstruction only took 4 workdays! Beautiful results. We highly recommend their work.

We hired Integrated Home Improvement to remove our old deck that was warped and rotted and install a brand new deck. Francisco advised us to use a composite material for the new deck since the price of cedar and composite were similar. Francisco communicated with us throughout the project so we always new the status of the work. Mariano did terrific work constructing the new deck and was open to adding a metal trim on part of the deck to help keep wild animals in our neighborhood from getting under the deck. They were professional, responsive, timely and provided exactly what they said they would do. We had a great experience using Integrated Home Improvement and would use them again for any home improvement project.

Last month I hired Francisco/IHI to paint my home exterior, including iron fence, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless and stress-free. We contracted with Francisco and his design team to remodel our kitchen. Our kitchen was lacking in providing a functional workflow. We cook at home often and wanted to redesign the space to allow for an improved workflow but also an updated and original look. Francisco and his design team provided a design that offered a much more functional layout but also had an original and timeless look that matched our style. They incorporated finishes that we wouldnt have thought of but loved such as the walnut cabinets, light fixtures and so much more. Once we signed to move forward with construction, Francisco diligently worked to source the right trades for the different parts of the kitchen. One that was especially challenging was the cabinetry given the modern walnut style. Francisco was amazing at matching us up with people we all agreed was up to the task. As construction began Francisco and his design team stayed engaged and on top of every part of the process and helped us make decisions and adjustments as we went. There were several complications given the age of the home but, he was able to work through all of them. Two things stood out for us when working with Francisco's team. First, he is extremely humble and listens to his customers. We had negative experiences with several contractors that would only do things their way and would listen. So his ability to approach his projects and customers with empathy stood out. Secondly, he provided the ability to have the designers engaged through the entire process; which was essential. For a project this scale, nothing goes according to plan and you have to adjust. The designers feedback and counsel on those adjustments, I believe, crucial for ensuring what was constructed stayed true to their vision. I would definitely recommend Francisco's team for rennovation projects. In fact we already contracted with him for redesigning several other spaces to match our kitchen. We hired IHI to close out some cedar fencing on our house along with installing a sliding gate. They were taking over a job another scammer had taken our money and ran off with. They were incredibly professional and showed up on time and did high quality work. They finished the rolling gate and fencing project in under a week and stained the new fencing to match the rest of the fence. They did all this for a very competitive price. I will definitely use them again for any home needs and recommend them to anyone!

Quality, Reliability, Excellent Customer Service! We decided to hire Integrated Home Improvement for our kitchen and media room remodel and have not regretted it in the least. We were impressed by the range of offerings including design, project planning and finance services and we took advantage of most of these. The attention to detail and the attentiveness from Francisco is what truly impressed us. The project was planned, and the timeline was communicated to us in an efficient manner. Francisco prioritized our needs during the remodel including the necessity to have access to certain kitchen appliances that would allow us to continue cooking at home as much as possible! He did his best to coordinate the different teams in charge of completing different jobs and accommodating a range of schedules, including ours. He also took accountability for any hiccups, which we greatly appreciated. He anticipated potential delays which helped with our planning process. The end result was a beautiful remodel without any major delays! We were delighted with the quality of the cabinet modifications and paint job from Ricardo's team and grateful for their expertise and kind suggestions. We did encounter a few minor issues that are likely common in kitchen overhauls; however, Francisco and the team took care of these issues very quickly and efficiently. Overall, the quality of the work was excellent and we've received many compliments! We are very happy with our remodel and will be doing business with Francisco and his team again!

Francisco and his team created a gorgeous new look for our master bath! We are thrilled with our new shower and bath make over. They were courteous, respectful, masterful and completed the project with 100% success!!!!

Integrated Home Improvement renovated my kitchen cabinets, and added brick veneer to living room and dining room, as well as upgrading plumbing fixtures and painting cabinets in the bathrooms, installing an Edison light fixture, and painting all doors, and trim throughout the house; changing it from (in my opinion) a bland abode, to an industrial bachelor pad. I love how the brick veneer turned out. Their customer service was on point too.

The crew was super-efficient. They came a day early. Superb workmanship. Wrought iron fence looks better than new. I'm going to use Integrated for any other project that may come up. Price was only slightly higher than one-person contractors but efficiency and reliability was way above expectation. For that, I'm very satisfied with the work.

I have to admit I was a little skeptical at first to use a new company, but after I met Francisco and Victor and we discussed the job I felt much better. Their knowledge of the work I wanted done was right on key. I have a large kitchen with lots of cabinets and they completely turned it into my dream kitchen. They paid very close attention to every little detail. They delivered exactly what they promised!!

They completely remodeled my bathroom sink/cabinetry and I am VERY impressed with the attention to detail, the speed of the project, and the sturdiness of the result. When I mentioned that a certain thing did not look as I had imagined, they immediately fixed, absorbing the extra cost, to ensure I was 100% satisfied and excited about my new bathroom. I have already recommended them to many of my friends.

My iron fence painting was done promptly and even some extras were done for free (fixing a loose latch with a stripped screw). From quote to completion, the project was handled professionally and promptly.

IHI did a great job at my house. They painted 3 rooms and the master bathroom and everything looks amazing. The painter forgot to put back some of the electrical outlets' plates and the owner came personally and did it! I will hire IHI again, no doubt.
