Firstly, if it were possible to assign zero stars, I would have done so. I placed an order for a 'Designer No Drill Roller Blind' on 8th November 2023, and upon their arrival, I noticed they were in poor condition with threads hanging off the headrail, otherwise known as the cassette. However, the main issue began when I noticed the roller didn't fit into the headrail. The headrail fits into the window recess (as it should, following the measurements I provided), yet it did not accommodate the roller they supplied. The roller was not wide enough to span the width and clip into position, indicating a clear manufacturing fault. During my initial contact with Blinds Direct (a subsidiary of Interior Goods Direct), they asserted I was mistaken and that my blinds were made to the correct specifications, despite the sizes not aligning with my paperwork and the roller failing to fit into the headrail. This issue still hasn't been resolved, and I've been waiting upwards of three weeks! I have been in almost daily contact with the company during this period, but regrettably, none of their customer service members extended the courtesy of keeping me updated or confirming when my replacement would be sent. After many painstaking emails and phone calls, they eventually promised to organise a replacement, only to cancel it without notice. I'm forever having to send photographs and repeatedly explain myself to each and every different member of staff I'm in contact with. I was even asked to send an image of the roller tube's diameter, which seemed irrelevant since the issue lies in the discrepancy in width. So far, this experience marks the worst combination of customer service and product quality I have ever encountered, especially considering the substantial price for a small roller blind. They are more than willing to take your money, yet show no interest at all in rectifying their own manufacturing faults. I am now at a point where I will be requesting a full refund as this has gone on long enough. If this doesn't happen I will contacting Trading Standards as I have received a faulty product, and they are outright refusing to provide a replacement. I certainly don't plan on making any more purchases from this company, and considering over time I will be replacing the blinds in my entire house, I'll definitely be taking my business elsewhere. In hindsight, I regret not conducting enough research prior to my purchase, especially after noticing all the negative feedback online. I strongly advise others to steer clear of this company; stay away at all costs, it's really not worth the hassle!

I purchased vertical blinds from this Company and I am very impressed with the speed and quality of the product. I did my own exact measurements, which I double checked, of the two windows in my lounge and the blinds are a perfect fit, as the company allows a margin for fitting in the recess. They look beautiful now they are in situ, and I was spoilt for choice with the variation of whites and creams and patterns available. All types of blinds are catered for so it was a difficult decision to take, but I am very happy with my eventual choice. The prices are so readonable that I am about to order more for a juliette balcony door that I have. They kept me well informed of delivery date and time by text and by tracking information.
