Their showroom is very easy to navigate, beautifully displaying some of the projects that are available. Clients are able to interact with products they are interested in. The staff in the showroom are always very helpful when me or my clients have needed any assistance. Brandon Williams is my go to person there because of how he always goes above and beyond for his customers when researching the product information, pricing and availability of project items. I plan to continue working with Brandon and Jack London Kitchen and Bath for all of my future design projects.

Remodeled my kitchen late 2014. The salesman (B Williams) was very helpful in explaining the advantages and features of each product. Prices were actually a little lower then I could find online. Even my contractor with great connects couldn't match the prices. They gave me the option to get products delivered or store pickup. Products came ontime or earlier than promised and they called to notify me of delivery status. Great service.

Jack London Kitchen and Bath Gallery is by far my favorite plumbing showroom in the bay area! As a designer I have been working with them for approximately 10 years. They have a fantastic staff that is gracious and assists me in staying in-tune with the latest products and advancements.
