Jim is able to make anything you can think of. He is creative and very quick with his work. His cost was lower than two other companies for the same project.

After removing a kitchen wall, I needed a wall mount range hood with a completed back. I could not find any range hoods that were configured that way, and an island range hood did not fit appropriately over the range. James, at Artisian Metal Designs, transformed a wall mount range hood into a beautiful custom built range hood at a very reasonable price. The custom range hood is decorative from all sides and resembles an island range, yet appropriately covers the range. Since it has been in place, I have received multiple complements on it! I am very pleased with the professional and creative service provided by James at Artisian Metal Designs.

We commissioned a custom coffee table/stereo stand from James. My husband and I were thrilled to be invited to give our opinions along the way on this custom build, from widths and heights, to color and finish. James was in contact with us on a daily basis to keep us up-to-date on the status of our design. Not a day went by without us knowing the progress that was made. It is exactly what we wanted and the color we requested! Thanks again for the fast and courteous work!

I worked with Jim on a high end Bubinga Pommele desk and credenza called The Paradigm that I designed for an Orlando client. I needed 3 sided aluminum legs that not only tapered but curved as well, like a cattle horn. After some discussions, Jim figured out a way to do them. Amazing metal artist that can weld like butter! Jim's welds barely need dressing when done. Absolutely stunning results with fantastic hand graining on the metal faces. On my next seemingly impossible metal project, I will call Jimbo in a heartbeat! I love the back and forth learning we get from each other too. Thanks Buddy!!!

I was looking for a stainless steel console table and found James @ Artisan Metal Designs through an online CustomMade search. James provided an initial sketch, photos of the materials, made a small model, and sent many updates throughout the creation process . James kept me in the loop every step of the way. James was absolutely awesome for me on this project. we created a type of picture frame that my boss wanted me to find. couldn't find it anywhere on the internet.. James with Artisan was fun and easy to work with. and even though I was the cause of a long drawn out timeline, he stuck with me and I just recently started hanging the frames. they look awesome. James was not only great at the metal work but also took on my project as my full vendor. I NEEDED A VERY CONTEMPORARY METAL SHELF UNIT FOR MY SMALL FOYER IN MY PENTHOUSE CONDO. I FOUND JAMES THROUGH AN ONLINE SEARCH FOR CUSTOM MADE ITEMS. I LIKED HIS CONCEPT AND DESIGN AND STARTED WORKING WITH HIM. HE MADE SURE I RECEIVED PICTURES AND UPDATES EVERY STEP OF THE WAY FROM PROPER SIZING TO FIT ON THE WALL UNTIL COMPLETION AND EVEN ENSURING i HAD THE PROPER HARDWARE TO ATTACH TO THE WALL. HE SENT FINISH PATTERN SAMPLES AND EVEN PAINT SAMPLES AND LET ME CHOOSE WHICH DESIGN AND COLOR I WANTED. WHEN IT CAME TO THE SHELVES, HE WORKED WITH ME TO DECIDE ON ACRYLIC OR GLASS. NO HASSLES - WAS VERY ENJOYABLE WORKING WITH SUCH A PROFESSIONAL. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND JAMES FOR ALL YOUR METALWORKING DEISIGNS.
