We hired James River Construction to complete a 1000 square foot two floor addition, creating a new family room downstairs and a new master suite upstairs. We could not have asked for a more professional team that the group that we had. Ken, Adam and Jimmy were all always accessible to us. We felt like they were part of the family and always had our interests in mind. I have gotten to know Ken Felts and his business through a builder group that meets on a regular basis and thus have some fairly thorough knowledge of his business and its practices. I can with confidence state that this is a high quality operation that focuses on customer satisfaction and is managed professionally and competently. I am very comfortable recommending this company and I feel that this is a contractor that anyone should feel confidant and comfortable with entrusting them with the responsibility of building of their dream home.
