Liggero Architecture is a luxury home architectural firm, that provides complete turn- key services, from design of the building, through design of 100% interiors, including landscaping design, as well as managing the build out of building with complete construction management services. John Liggero is an architect, an artist , interior designer and has managed millions & millions of square feet of new building construction, acting as the construction manager......He has designed furnishings, built in cabinetry & free standing and manages the build out of same in wood shops as well is in the field. The firm can be retained for partial services and prides itself on being collaborative with the client's team of builders or professionals, working as a team member for the owners complete satisfaction. John is an incredible professional who meticulously turned our vague ideas into full scale reality. He is passionate, thoughtful and thoroughly experienced in high-end design & construction. He also took the time to truly listen and incorporate our ideas when they were different from the direction the project was going. He fulled designed a full pool house cabana and 1000sf+ covered kitchen/dining/lounging porch for us. He also acted as our construction manager. As the former, he created an amazing design that fully captured what we wanted both aesthetically as well as functionally. As the construction manager, he turned the design into reality, despite numerous site and vendor challenges. He continually went above and beyond. We would highly recommend John for any high-end residential project.

I have worked with John Liggero for 20 years. We are General Contractors and Framing Contractors. John's plans are always detailed and have all the information needed to complete the job. He is always available to answer any questions and help in any way possible in the field. When creating a new design he always listens and takes into consideration what you are looking for. This is so important when designing a home. John is extremely passionate about his work and it shows every time.

We have lived in a home designed and built by John for 14 years. During that period of time John has done substantial upgrades and modification both interior and exterior. John brings a unique mix of Artistry, Architectural skill and a tenacious capacity to managed the difficult world of trades to get quality, timely and price competitive work done on our behalf. He has helped us with everything from design concepts to finding a reliable plumber and electrician. We are very thankful to have him. He is a super star for real.

Through the subsequent 15 years, John has designed, managed and executed many modifications that complement our lifestyle as our family matures and needs and desires change. Our home grows with us. If we were to describe John with one word, passion would sum it up. We interviewed over a dozen well known and recommended architects to help us design our dream residence, and John was a cut above the rest. His intensity, enthusiasm, and ability to listen to our needs and wants is what distinguished him from everyone else. While other architects were more concerned in only showing their designs John spent time with us listening to our vision and what we hoped the house would provide for us. John went to the site, took pictures and made constructive suggestions and took in our suggestions as well with each revision he made. We have already recommended John to all family and friends and will use him to help us in any other future construction projects.

When I was ready to do a renovation on my home I interviewed many architects. John was one of the architects that came over and I knew right away he was the man for me. His passion and vision and style was exactly what I was looking for. His work is extremely beautiful and the attention to detail is like nothing I've seen before He truly is an artist in his profession and that shows in all of his work The attention to proportion, scale, and detail is remarkable. If you are looking for an architect, he is the man. Every job is his baby, and he puts his heart and soul into every single job. I have never met a more passionate person with respect to their profession ever before .

I've know John Liggero for over 20 years, working with him on large retail malls in New York State....renovating large school buildings...studying historic race track projects, along with retaining John to provide house designs for lakefront properties that I own as well as designing additions for my current residence..... John’s range of skills include being a proven construction manager, master builder of any building prototype and being a gifted & talented luxury home designer and architect. These are just a few of the skills that set John apart from all others. I know of no other architect that not only possesses all of these skills, but is truly an expert at each one... Just viewing his many luxury homes located all over Northern NJ and the tri-state region is proof of his talents. The single best decision one can make when considering a project of any kind, would be retaining John Liggero as your architect.... best use of your money ever!

We hired John in 2013 as our architect to design our dream home and the design came out so beautiful, more than what we asked for ... He is very attentive to details and nothing is impossible. Anything that you can think off, he can design it for you. We also hired him as our project manager working with our general contractor onsite to get more involve on the building of our new home to make sure that his design is what we get at the end; from interviewing the bidders (sub-contractors) to put together all the invoices every month so that it will make easier for me to cut checks. He is doing an amazing job! He is such a perfectionist in everything he do and that is what makes him different from others. He cares where our money goes and he makes sure that the quality of the job is what we paid for. It is a pleasure working with him, my husband and I cannot thank him enough with all the help that he is giving to us; he makes the building process easier to handle.

Working with John Liggero and Liggero Architecture has been among the best work experiences in my 25+ year career as an architectural modelmaker. We have produced several display models for Liggero Architecture of their magnificently detailed designs and it has been a pleasure from beginning sketches to final model design presentation. Old fashioned craftsmanship is apparent in every corner of a Liggero inspired design. I have worked with literally hundreds of architects and developers on the east coast through the years and John Liggero ranks among my top 5 favorite architects for quality residential design.
