Hicks Roofing was great. I had to replace my roof after 21 years and I got bids from nearly every high rated roofer in Atlanta. From the start, Hicks stood out with their level of service, thorough inspection of my roof and customer service before, during and after the project. They were competitively priced compared to the other 6 bids I got, but for me, who knew nothing about roofs, they held my hand and educated me. They helped me choose a beautiful shingle with a lifetime warranty that makes my home stand out in the neighborhood. My roof job went exactly as they told me it would go, without a single issue, which was so refreshing and a relief. I highly recommend Hicks Roofing.

Hicks Roofing was recommended to us to replace our roof after some particularly bad hail damage. We had a minor leak, and luckily, our insurance company was willing to pay for serious repairs before the leak could really cause some bad damage. Unfortunately, after Hicks put on the new roof, the leaks were an order of magnitude worse. Hicks has been back out 3 times to "fix it", but I don't think they've done anything besides adding a little caulk. I'm very suspicious about how they installed the flashing, and I'm hoping to get our insurance company to let us hire someone else to really take care of this finally.
