For reasonable architectural fee, I hired JCA to do a renovation to a traditional colonial brick house in an Englewood Premium location. After creating a great renovation design that suited my needs, they followed through in construction with a couple of minor surprises we came up with the existing house! They even suggested some reasonably prices subcontractors that we have used. JCA has knowledge of Architecture and Construction. Joe made the tough process of design and construction as easy as possible. I love my new home! Beautiful open space floor plans all my neighbors are in love with the house and have even received attractive offers from buyers.

Jeanette is the owner/Architect at JCA Architects and what an amazing woman she is! As a sole proprietor, I know that she carries many hats in order to keep up with everything. As an Architect - she's one of the Best! I've worked with Jeanette on a commercial job and she and her team were expedient in getting the process going after many delays with another architectural firm. She not only kick-started the project, but when changes came up due to city/county requirements or changes from the client, she worked diligently to keep the ball rolling and moving forward. She's straight forward and does excellent work - anyone that hires her will appreciate the detail and expertise that she puts into her projects.
