Welcome to Jeff Adams Design. We have been part of the design community in Utah for over 15 years providing custom and production home design for a variety of clients including: Builders, Contractors, and Home Owners. We offer the following services:
- Residential design concepts, schematics, design development and construction/bid documents.
- Portfolio management of homes for builders and contractors, including: design standards, plan re-use, engineering coordination, building department submittals, etc.
- Hourly drafting or redline options (if you have the design we'll create in CAD).
- Building Information Modeling (BIM)/3D Plan drawing
- Community guidelines.
- As-built/record drawings of existing structures.
- Additions and remodels.
- Reschecks/IECC calculations.
