Jeff Spear Homes specializes in custom residential construction in East Tennessee. Jeff has overseen the construction of over one thousand homes in his eighteen years in the construction industry and would love to put that experience to work for you. We do things just a little differently than many of the builders in our area. We know that most people don’t want cookie-cutter houses, so we work with you to help you select a plan that works for you and your family, and then we’ll help you customize it so that fits you perfectly. Working with Jeff throughout the construction of our new home, from design to final walk through, was a great experience. Jeff's knowledge of the home building process was as invaluable as it was evident on a daily basis. He and the rest of our contracting team were extremely sympathetic to our wants and needs and made every effort to build the home we had imagined.
