Very poor workmanship. I have been waiting over two years for them to fix an issue. They always give being very busy as the excuse. They say they will fix but never give a date. This is a front door with a glass window which has failed. They dropped a replacement off but clearly had forgot the replacement surround. They also replaced a garage door with double glazing windows and door. I asked the base to be brick but they used a wooden base instead and covered with UPVC. This is not strong and in time will leak water underneath. Not damp proof. A real bodge job. Stay clear of this outfit.
