The doors we ordered from More & More company for the project in London arrived on time and very well packed. The installation did not take a long time as all doors come as a block with frame and locks already in place. There is a big saving on labor. The quality of finish ( GAROFOLI ,white lacquer) and hard wear are excellent. The whole experience of dealing with More & More was professional and very pleasant. Irena "Prestige Co" London

Avoid - totally unprofessional !!! I bought 19 Garofoli doors from Moore and Moore in June for north of £16k. They were fitted in August. The doors are lovely but despite a site survey at £250+vat there were many issues with the installation; wrong sizes, bad fitting, etc. My attempts to have them rectify the long list of problems have failed. 3 months after installation I am out of patients. I have architrave warping and doors falling off of rails. It's cost me more than £1,000 to re-plaster and sand down floors so that doors will fit. Now I must contract out to others to fix the faults. Garafoli don't want to get involved. Unfortunately I paid in full. Very poor customer service is compounded by slow response to emails. When they do respond their emails are snotty and aggressive. I hope this review saves others from the inconvenience and suffering we've had to go through.

Please reply in full to my earlier email so that we can find a sensible way forward. Your correspondence directly to xxxxx with various claims and lies about refusing to attend are becoming more outrageous and are in fact libellous. Please show me correspondence where we have refused to come back.

Your claim that we didn’t turn up on 15th November is simply not true. You claim to have management meetings every Tuesday so couldn’t be available. The dates offered to you for next week are don’t work for you either.

The email also requested that you confirm in writing that no one has interfered with the doors, not just yourself.

You claim to have not read my email or will not. Simply threatening our company with a bad review will not benefit anyone. Our email is quite simple and professional I believe to establish where we are as the line seems to have moved vastly since our attendance in October. You really ought to sit down and read your earlier emails and all of those from Moore & Moore with offers of dates. Anyone sitting outside of the situation will see that we have been professional and fair.

If you can’t behave in a similar way then what am I to do. Both xxxxx, Andrew, Steve and myself our astounded by your claims which aren’t coherent from one email to the next and will obviously form part of any claim against you personally for libel damages. As the director of Moore & Moore Doors (UK) Ltd I will seek to protect our company name and will have no hesitation in making this legal if you continue in this vein. It might be prudent for you to review your correspondence as a matter of urgency for accuracy of your statements.

If you would like to reconsider and answer my email professionally then I can review the situation going forward.
