It has been over two years since we had the pleasure of working with Bridgepoint Woodworking. Their professionalism, punctuality, quality and creativity were exceptional throughout the complete renovation of our Kitchen and Bath. This year we did have a problem with the paint on some of the Kitchen cupboards they installed. We called the Bridgepoint team to inquire about paint matches and repair and were once again pleasantly impressed when they removed and repainted all the affected doors, expeditiously and happily. You could tell that the imperfection bothered them as much or more than us. That kind of loyalty to your customer and work reinforced our respect and loyalty to Jeremy and his crews. I was impressed with the Bridgepoint Team (BT) from the beginning. Everything was handled respectfully and they were very transparent in their dealings with me. Their craftsmanship was excellent and their willingness to consider alternate options along the way was very welcome. So, I ended up with an attractive and cozy kitchen that I am very happy with. I suppose the most valuable/“priceless” aspect of working with the Bridgepoint Team was my total trust that they would be honest and that they would honour their work. I never doubted that they would back their work and their word and they never let me down. There is no doubt that I would use them again.

We were extremely happy with the work done by Bridgepoint Woodworking. From our first meeting we felt confident that Jeremy and his team would be the right ones to take our ideas and turn them into exactly what we had envisioned. We had a large bookshelf/entertainment centre designed and built by them as well as some upgrades to our kitchen and a cabinet built for our dining room. The quality and workmanship is excellent and the attention to detail really impressed us. All the work done is beautiful and everyone who visits our home comments on the work Bridgepoint did for us. Another detail that we really appreciated was the fact that they told us when they would be done and it was done on time! We would highly recommend Bridgepoint and look forward to them doing other work for us in the future.

Bridgepoint Woodworking Kitchen & Bath was a pleasure to work with. We provided Jeremy with a budget for our kitchen and he and his company took our ideas and budget and came up with a beautiful and functional design for our kitchen. It was promised in 8 weeks and it was delivered in 7! Once the designs began, the fireplace in our living room was to be dismantled to allow for a smaller window to be brought in and the bricks to be used to fill in the space outside. Jeremy designed a fireplace surround with a walnut top and it was beautiful! The company was open to all conversations and answered every single question and concern we had. We will definitely be bringing Bridgepoint back into our home to renovate our son's washroom and then again to renovate our master ensuite. Thank you very much to the team at Bridgepoint. Our relationship with Jeremy and Bridgeport has a span of over 5 years and a couple houses! He's built numerous wall units,bookcases and wardrobes for 2 of our homes, Bridgeport couldn't be a better company to work with,they were dedicated, reliable, and budgets were precise. Jeremy and the team at BridgePoint made an overwhelming kitchen reno seem doable. From day 1 Jeremy came into our house and made everything flow smoothly. From the design aspect to the install all parts stayed on time and on track. When we first called him we had an old dated kitchen and no real plan or idea of what to do. BridgePoint came in and now we have our dream kitchen. The whole experience was stress free and we felt we got great value. We were redesigning our office and we needed a custom fireplace and desk for staff. Bridgepoint staff took our basic concepts and designed what we needed with an impressive attention to detail. The fireplace unit as well as the reception area displayed a level craftsmanship rarely seen these days. Bridgepoint staff were thorough, on time and conscientious with delivery and installation. We found the entire experience to be very professional and timely.

We hired Bridgepoint Woodworking to build an island in our kitchen and coordinate the replacement of our kitchen counters. The finished product was excellent and Jeremy was a pleasure to deal with.
