I highly recommend Jerome Walden Cabinet Makers. Quality craftsmanship with attention to detail and a real joy to work with. I have a 1920’s ground floor flat in North London. The kitchen required major renovation after having no investment or upgrades for several years. (See photos below). Jerome listened to my ideas, reviewed the CAD drawings and developed construction drawings His communication through the process was brilliant and he was very patient to go through the project and facilitate my plans to make everything (where possible) out of plywood. Jerome and his team made all the kitchen cabinets, arranged for the door & side panel painting and designed & created a (beautiful) bespoke bench with storage. His eye for detail and ability to create immaculate straight lines was exceptional. He embraced the hidden cupboards and took on the challenge to create a 900mm deep tall (and rolling!) cabinet. He also went above and beyond to ensure the paint colour for the cabinets matched the chosen colour chart. I thoroughly enjoyed the onsite installation process and seeing the transformation each day. Jerome & Gianmario are highly skilled craftsmen, lovely guys and exceeded my expectation both with the quality of the work and the project itself. I cannot recommend them enough.

Jerome made us a built-in vanity unit for our bathroom with two drawers and a sit on top basin and room for the pipes to come through the drawers. It is made of oak and fits into an alcove. It is a beautiful piece of carpentry! It was a work of art. He is a consummate professional and came once to discuss the project and measure up and then he made it off site and returned in a few short weeks with the finished piece which slotted into the space perfectly with no need for any further adjustments. He really did do a great job.

Jerome made a period design replacement front door for our Edwardian terraced house in N London. We wanted a door that matched the original doors in the rest of the street, including incorporating a stained glass panel using a design to match others nearby, but also included some extra glazing. Jerome was very receptive to incorporating the modifications we wanted and was meticulous in ensuring that the overall design details were correct and matched neighbouring houses. The finished door, in hardwood, was beautifully made and finished. It was fitted with care and painted as specified. We have no hesitation in recommending Jerome, he is an excellent craftsman with high standards.

Job was built-in wardrobes in fireplace alcoves in solid wood. Very pleased with the work: the wardrobes are exactly as we asked and finished to a high standard. Jerome was happy to come back to fix some minor problems that occurred. Two years on and they are still in great condition and working well. Would definitely use this company again.

Jerome Walden is a wonderful craftsman (and a really nice guy). He designed and built our kitchen to absolute perfection. There is no-one else we would ever use as the quality of his work is impeccable.

We have used Jerome for a number of projects over the years for our apartment in North London. We first employed Jerome to make us some wardrobes for a second bedroom. Unlike other cabinet makers who tendered for the job, Jerome took time to look and asses at our existing room doors and their design so that he could echo the design and compliment the existing architecture. Since then he has crafted alcove cupboards with walnut tops in both our living room and dining room. He has a keen eye for design and an excellent attention to detail. He clearly cares not only about his customers satisfaction but the product itself and so aims for the very best.

We hired Jerome and his team to create a bespoke kitchen for us and were extremely happy with the final results. The workmanship was second to none and we were amazed at the attention to detail, care and level of perfectionism put into every aspect of the project. We cannot recommend them highly enough.
