About Us

We thrive on a challenge, and really enjoy working with our client's to provide a high quality finished product within the budget required. Whether it's a design through to completion project or you have exactly what you want in your mind or on paper, then then we will work with you to provide what you want. Starting out as a carpentry based company that have emigrated into major building projects we look for the details in any project. Being from carpentry roots we are used to working with many different materials and building techniques, we don't get fazed by doing or using something different. As our projects photographed show we can complete very varied projects. We specialise in oak frame construction of timber buildings, whether a small porch to the entrance of your house, to a large extension to the rear or even a whole new house. We hand cut all our frames using traditional methods and joints with all the beams being hand finished in our workshop in the Kentish countryside. You can even come and see your frame getting made.

Jason and his team have just finished fitting some external oak posts to form a porch area outside the front of our house. They have totally transformed the look of the house. They have done an amazing job. The quality of the work is fantastic, so much so, that we have asked him to quote on a few more larger projects within the house. Jason is an extremely friendly and professional guy, who we would not hesitate to recommend and use on any future projects.

Jason at Rosewood C&B has been doing some work for us at our new house (which is definitely a "project"), including creating new doorframes, hanging new doors, re-hanging existing ones, enlarging access to eaves storage and re-modelling an existing cupboard. We are totally impressed with the quality of work done, everything being completed in good time and to a very reasonable price. He is certainly coming back to fit our new kitchen in due course, along with replacing the floor boarding where required. We have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this firm to anyone.

Rosewood Carpentry and Building Ltd have done two jobs for me over the last two years. The first one was building a timber framed Bungalow and the second was to rebuild a conservatory in Cedar wood. Both jobs were completed on time and on budget. The main reason I will continue to use Rosewood for any future work is their reliability and high levels of communications. They are a delight to deal with and if any problems did arise they were always sorted out to everyone's satisfaction.
