Really disappointed with my experience with them. Gelise was nice and seemed to be very knowledgeable about her business. Picked up the sofa when they said they would (thought I was only given a few hours notice). But then, it all went downhill. Communication was the biggest issue. I told her what I wanted, waited a long time for swatches (first round came late because she forgot), then when I finally decided, she said that they decided that they no longer "felt comfortable" about my project. This was after they had the sofa for 3 weeks (wasted time). No real explanation as to why, and because of that, I think it was very unprofessional of them and that is why I gave a low rating.

I called about having my sofa upholstered. Gelise was great! She was patient with my questions and helped me narrow down my fabric choices. She sent me larger samples so I could test them in my living room. They showed up on time to pick up my sofa. When they brought it back, I was very pleased. The new cushions were perfect and the upholstery work was very precise. Jim and Dan even moved other furniture around in the room for me when they brought my sofa back. The group is very friendly and easy to talk with. I was relieved that there was no hassle - they made it easy! Recommended, definitely. - Taryn S.
