I'm a certified coach and professional organiser, with several years' experience of helping busy people from diverse backgrounds to shift habits as well as surplus stuff. My approach is practical and purposeful with an emphasis on empathy. As one of the UK's leading professional organisers, I also present workshops on time management, productivity and organising. Motivation and mindfulness are key.
