Recently my Husband & I purchased an outdoor Propane Fire Pit from Forest Glade Fireplaces. Cathy was very helpful & accommodating & we chose a brown oval one that has a beautiful flame & gives out a lot of warmth. It looks lovely on our new deck & I'm sure we will enjoy it with our Family for years to come. We have dealt with this business many times before & I'm sure it won't be the last time either. The gentleman who came out to our home in Tecumseh was fantastic. He was punctual, friendly and knowledgeable. We have two toddlers and were really concerned about how to upgrade our fireplace in the family room - to make it childproof, yet still enjoyable and useful for us. He made some great suggestions and understood that we wanted a balance between functionality and good looks. Service and follow-up was amazing. As a family man and father himself, he totally understood the need to keep our busy little ones safe. Bonus- all the parts we purchased for our upgrade were made in Canada! As we renovate our home in the coming years, we will definitely be reaching out to this local business to discuss some custom installations. You just get another whole level of service when you go with a local, family-owned business. We highly recommend/are looking forward to our next project with Forest Glade Fireplaces. We were so thankful for their great suggestions, fair prices and expertise- plus we get so many compliments on our family room now! Very happy overall.

Forest Glade Fireplaces continues to deliver top of the line products and service. They have met all of my seasonal needs and have provided insight and guidance regarding the maintenance of my purchases, both in person and on call. It is obvious that the owners and staff take great pride in their work and products.

I had purchased a fireplace from this place back in October 2018 (4months ago) everything seemed to be going fine until I went to clean the glass ( a guy from the place had showed me how to do it as I am a new owner to a fireplace). After cleaning the glass I put everything back together. I had noticed the flame was very small, way smaller then it use to be. I had my husband call them to see what was going on, they had told us to come into the store to see if the flame was really that big of difference, so we did and it was. A guy said he could come out on the Friday to take a look at it, and he did. The problem was that the screen was not clicked in all the way from when I cleaned in, allowing some air to get in and make the flame drastically smaller. A simple click! is all it took to fix. The guy Frank (I believe to be the owner ) charged my husband $100 for that service. I got home from work and he told me what happened which to me is outrageous so I went into the store. I told them I was concerned with this charge my husband had paid. I told him that when I had first called that nobody tried to help me troubleshoot the problem as I am a new owner to a fireplace but instead proceeded to charge the $100. As I was bringing up my concerns up to the owner he got very loud with me saying he gave us a "DISCOUNT" What happened to the warranty? or just being nice since it was a 2 second fix? Needless to say Frank made a scene in his own store and made him self look ridiculous. I am sad to say that this place has absolutely terrible customer service an seems to be that they only want your money. I was going to purchase another fireplace from them until this moment. NEVER AGAIN!! Please be warned

I am so very pleased with my new Napoleon fireplace!!! Wanted to make the investment in our newly finished basement to create some warmth. Sandy was so helpful in picking out the right size and BTU’s for our space. We now enjoy our basement living space every evening and even use the beautiful LED lighting feature during the summer months. The modern and classic look of our fireplace is so timeless and their interior designer Cathy helped us choose the right tile to finish the look.

We had the fortunate and absolute pleasure of consulting / dealing with Forest Glade Fireplaces for the build of our "once in a lifetime dream home". They truly are a local family owned and operated business that has relentlessly persevered to earn and consistently maintains their status as highly reputable, integrity based, personable and genuinely caring and as a result, in us, now have clients for life!!!

We LOVED working with Forest Glade for our condo renovation. Everyone we encountered with their organization from Tom who gave us an estimate, to Cathy, their designer, to John who was involved with installation and customer service, to Oscar, the electrician and Geoff, the contractor they recommended, were highly professional and extremely knowledgeable. In addition to designing our fireplace unit, Cathy helped us design shelves and a dry bar on the same wall. Below are “before” and “after” pictures of the area.
