I am very disappointed with the service I received from this company. Hard to believe the proprietor would not even try to sort any of the problems I had to endure, it was a disgrace to say the least, especially how I was treated as an elderly person, I think I deserved better. I would not recommend this company.

Comment from Eden Stone Emporium:

We have replied to your complaint on the 6th of February, and no acknowledgement returned. It was unfortunate that you was not satisfied as a customer but we felt due to complaint, no rational reasons on our part contributed. Incorrect measurement were supplied on two occasions in turn needed more slate products. We only supplied amounts that was needed to carry out the project to complete. Your complaint was based around extra tiles that was required which we sold to fulfil when it was understood that you gave incorrect measurements. Breakages on some of the slates did occur from delivery and was replaced, at the earliest pount available. Your comments were about mixed shades with slate, but with all natural stone purchased all pieces have unique charachterisitics and cannot determine..

The service we received from John when creating our wet room was first class! He provided us with many different ideas both verbal & visual. His knowledge of the materials (in our case, tiles & underfloor heating) was extensive which was greatly appreciated, as this was our first project of this nature. John was more than happy to visit our home to help us visualise different ideas, providing us with samples and working within our budget. We can't thank him enough for his professional & kind service. We will be back very soon, as our second project is now underway (main bathroom). Thanks again John.

We are building a new house and John has provided experience and knowledge that has helped us choose a variety of floor and wall tiles for a number of rooms that are cohesive and well matched. We could not have achieved the end result on our own. Thanks John
