Multi-Family Design $2 Million to $10 Million Garage Conversions $30,000 to $150,000. Single & Multi-room additions $60,000 to $1 Million. Our Needs and Options Review is the initial step towards your dream home or space. During this review we meet with our clients and produce a “wish list” brief for the future project and its specific needs and overall desired feel. With that information, we then provide the necessary code research (if necessary) or due diligence to identify any Planning or Building Code limitations. We also provide numerous conceptual sketches to show how your specific work could be laid out or fit on your property. It’s a quick and cost-effective way to eliminate assumptions, identify hurdles and find the best options for you and your property. Estimates based on experience.
