DESIGNER- AUTHOR- INVENTOR Design Concept Consultant and Developer I have designed and supervised construction of residential projects from my first of only 980sf to projects over 10,000sf with project budgets in the millions of dollars. Some of the projects I have designed have sold for over $4,000,000 to as high as an estimated value of $20,000,000 plus. What makes me unique in the field, is a personal hands-on experience in all phases of home remodeling and construction both inside and out. This includes an understanding of kitchens, bathrooms, home entertainment systems, security, lighting, home offices and the minute details of living organizational layouts that make the home flow. In the past, I've built for myself so I have an intimate understanding of the challenges of the design-build process from a client's perspective as well. Landscape Designer and Contractor For the past 33 years, I have designed, installed, and managed every element of the outside of a home including stucco facade, walls, windows, driveways, fencing, pools, moat, sculpture, play courts, retaining walls, lighting, major grading, drainage, and the planting of everything from sod to a color pac of seasonal colors down to a 128" box tree that required a CHP escort down the 101 Freeway into Beverly Hills. Starting in landscape maintenance with one employee and building up to a seven-figure design-build firm with as many as 60 in-house employees and an additional 30 subcontractors was no easy feat. My clients and their projects have made this experience worthwhile.
